I came to the store between 8:30 and 8:45 pm July 3rd 2023 to purchase a Mocha Ice coffee for my husband when I arrive home with the coffee my husband let me know that the coffee tasted horrible I called the store to let them know that i was going to take the drink back for them to remake the drink and they told

Please stop microwaving everything that should be toasted. Microwaved bread and bagels is gross and rubbery. No one wants a rubbery bagel or grilled cheese especially when they cost $5. Please please stop using the microwave and use a toaster.

Went through drive-thru and ordered a medium caramel macchiato (much higher priced premium coffee drink). The current promotion is a $1 donut with a medium coffee purchase. I was charged full price for the donut because I ordered a premium coffee! This is stupid! And the only reason I got was that it only applies to coffee. Now I’m wondering what the heck was in my macchiato! Terrible service.

I expect low quality service from Dunkin, and I’m pretty lax with service workers, but this location somehow manages to make the short experience of ordering so, deeply uncomfortable. The main woman there around the afternoon (that usually wears a mask) sounds like she wants to desperately end her life every time she has to speak a singular word into the headset to take an order. Everyone else is either lacking basic comprehension skills or seems more concerned with vibing than working. Plus, they’re not putting order stickers on the drinks ,which is mandatory, and would be useful for when they inevitably mess up your drink at least 2/5 times. I’m usually the only one in line so there’s no reason to drag your feet, get confused, or miss steps with one singular coffee order. Maybe they’re just tired of being there since I’ll usually go in the afternoon, which is understandable, but from experience as an ex-Dunkin employee: just quit lmao. Taking a challenge is better than being clearly miserable and complacent. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re bothering the employee’s just for making them do their jobs 7 hours before closing. Bring back the Krispy Kreme and make the current dunkin employees work at the McDonalds next door, please I’m begging. Not everyone should be able to own a franchise.

I asked for a decaf coffee this morning, plain deaf coffee, and they gave me one loaded with cream and sugar. The girl didn’t even give me a receipt and was talking the whole time with the rest of the staff, completely ignoring my order, and just gave me whatever they wanted. Poor service not coming back there again.

Only giving 1 star to leave a review, they don’t even deserve that. We recently moved right up the street and this location is so convenient for us right by the highway but we will NOT be coming back here ever. Our coffee always tastes like milk or watered down. My boyfriend drove us to QT down the street and got their coffee to add to it just to have a decent taste.. And today I ordered the maple sugar bacon crescant and as you can see in the picture, what a disappointment. Not even warm or toasted.. not even the right cheese…Not even an egg on there. Like who was actually ok wrapping that up and serving it? Its like they took an old one and tried to serve that to me. Customer service is always rude and have to repeat my order 50 times before they get it. Over it. Not worth the headache and disappointment starting my mornings off. Will go out of my way to go to the Holcomb Bridge one from now on.

I walked into the store and there were no other guests inside. I waited to be greeted , however no one greeted me nor came to the cash register. I noticed a lady helping the one customer through drive through. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I asked the lady if she could assist me as I had been waiting a long time only for 2 donuts in my sight. The lady proceeded to say she only does drive thru and the other person was in the restroom.This is unacceptable and ridiculous. First off, it doesn’t take 10 mins for two donuts on a tray , second I wouldn’t want the person in the restroom touching my donuts, thirdly the lady had a cash register she was using for drive thru, but could not assist me. This is clearly not good customer service and everyone should be fired there. Horrible experience this is why I don’t go to Dunkin Donuts. I wish I could leave zero stars

I stop in at this Doraville location typically three mornings during the work week. It’s always a pleasure to visit this location because the service is very quick and courteous. The drive-thru line is fast, as well as the dine in experience. Plenty of ample seating, unlike some of the Dunkin stores out there.

BEAWARE! Was getting a egg sausage cheese biscuit thinking it will be $3 Plus tax for it since its being promoted on their drive throu menu, pulled up and they rang me up for $5.39, told them that on the menu its $3, still charged me $5.39 and apologize ive been trying to give this dunkin a chance, no more.
