Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Extremely rude staff and when my latte with an extra shot of espresso looked like milk they refused to fix it without me paying to add an extra shot. I frequent a lot of other locations and have never had experience like this.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They burnt my bagel black, I went back in to have it re done. And again it came out burnt. Multiple people where coming in complaining of wrong orders made. One customer came in to get a to go order and when he asked the lady if this was his order she rolled her eyes and said “I don’t know, I didn’t make it” and just walked out. I will never eat here again. It is truly a mess.
