Not one person wearing a hair net around food items. Screen out so you cannot see full menu. Staff seems to be one ethnicity although local ethnicity doesn’t match presence inside of location. Got order wrong through drive through. Didn’t realize until I got to work. Drove back only to wait ten minutes for staff to tell me the ingredients needed for my order wasn’t present in the store. Waited in line a third time to ask for a replacement item

The cold coffee is really good here, depending on who makes it. I love adding whipped cream and carmel on top of mine. That black pepper bacon sandwich is oh so good to me! The customer service is really good here as well.

I was a frequent guest for 3 years. The staff is always pleasant & professional. However, for the last 4 months I slowed down on my visits because the ONLY thing I ever get ALWAYS tastes gross, scorched & NOT correct. The latte I have ordere for 3 years seems to be the hardest thing to prepare on the Menu!!! I have complained in the past. They really need to clean their espresso machine, daily.

So tired of laziness. We went to the drive through that was not moving so my husband went to go inside. The door was locked. It was 8:35 and the sign says the lobby closes at 9. This was a Friday. The young girl came to the door and refused to open saying they were short staffed. So we just left. I get wanting to go home early but you have to at least keep the business open until closing time.

Normally I have no complaints because I love my coffee but today Marie was rude. My order was not in the mobile pick up area as it usually is. I just broke my toe so I hopped in to get my coffee. As I stand in front of Marie she never acknowledges me. I ask should my drink be in the pick up area by now since I had ordered it ahead of time. She responds with no. I say well I come in every morning and that’s usually where I get my drink. Because I get sweet foam there is a certain amount of time you have to get the drink before the foam is gone. All the while my coffee is ready and behind the counter with the foam disappearing. My husband comes in and ask that the coffee be remade. She then acted like she didn’t hear him and another employee apologized and remade the coffee.

New staff is RUDE. Older lady got upset with me and raised her voice because she asked me my name and when I told her yes I could see my name on the cup and also shook my head yes twice. She said no and walked away and then the manager was overly defensive and rude too. Just give me my coffee from now on.

The drive through person was so rude, she didn’t even let me finish my order. So I left. I am not sure if I will go here again and it is right down the street. I would rather drive the 10 mile to get friendlier service or go to Krispy Kreme that is also right down the street.

If I could give a 0 I would… the worse service ever…And Ive been to some places I would never go to again…. I requested a refund…. when I ask for some coffee I expect some coffee… do not expect much of anything from this location. The worst service… they apparently don’t understand when your speaking to them… I do commend this location for having special needs employees….

Most of the time food and drinks are pretty good. Customer service has never been great but is even worse now because they hired all these new people that don’t care. Asked for my coffee to be remade twice because it just wasn’t right. Guy working got rude with me and told me I was out of remakes which I didn’t know was a thang. I wasn’t even going to ask for another remake he was just rude for no reason. Workers never respect customers anymore they can’t see that the customers are paying for their pay checks. If something’s not right and continues to not be right there will be less customers. They don’t realize that anymore.
