Avoid this pot at all costs. Waited in line for 15 min to make order and then another 20 min to actually get my order. Both of our drinks were completely messed up and the workers had zero desire to make any sort of resolution to the matter. They were very disengaged, dressed poorly, spoke with an aggressive and inconvenienced tone, and just had a negative disposition as a whole. I’ve tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt through COVID, but it’s gotten progressively worse the further removed we get from COVID… highly highly do not recommend.

I miss real tasty donuts – this place will do but they don’t have bear claws, real jelly donuts, nor authentic chocolate glaze cream filled donuts. I was trying to get a cup of coffee at 5:10 AM and the staff member inside the Dunkin’ Donuts ignored me at the drive-through. Usually when I try to get coffee and a sandwich in the morning, it will take an average of 15 to 20 minutes. Even when I’m the only one in line.

My chai was not hot, and was overly sweet. I have been several times and things are usually decent, but this was disappointing. I ordered a chai latte and I don’t think the milk was appropriately heated. My coconut milk chai is never made correctly (3 tries now) so I’ve given up and go elsewhere. If I am looking for reg. coffee, iced or hot, with their donuts this is a good location.
