This location does not allow you to put sweet tea in a refresher as other locations. Even when I told them that I frequent Dunkin everyday and have never incurred this issue at any other location (Old National, Fayetteville, Union City), the manager in the back yelled no. I will not be returning.

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited. The drive thru took so long that I parked and went inside. Got inside and employees and friends were sitting around like I was disturbing them. I ordered a coffee drink and a grilled cheese. The drink was perfect but the grilled cheese was like chewing through rocks! I believe the bread was too old.

Avoid this location…They over charge.. i used to order the same medium iced coffee everday but found out i can go to union city and get a large of the exact same order for 70 cents cheaper. Also their employee turn around is constant often making the food and beverages inconsistent, alongside retarted wait times…

Of all the places to take a break on a road trip, this dunkin was the best. They were staffing some very young folks but the cashier was very friendly and attentbrother! They even helped me out with a semi sweetness request on a limited time drink. Good job bro!

The person who left a review named Antionesia English… I wish I would’ve read your review before visiting this location. Because I experienced the same rudeness…. out of nowhere. And I walked from the truckstop at 6a.m. Won’t be coming back. It’s not by accident or luck to have an entire staff of individuals who don’t understand the basic fundamentals of business and customer appreciation. Before you ask me anything, the first words out of your mouth should be hello and welcome. I walk in and stands in the center of the menu board to observe the menu items. Young girl with twist says “I’ll get your order down at the other end” with her head down and working on another order. She comes back a minute later, stands down at the end of the counter that has no register and says “what will you be ordering. I come tell her. She goes to drive thru to put in the order on that register. Comes back 2 minutes later and opens up the box to put the donuts in, turns around and asks me what donuts do u want. I said excuse me. She said aggressively “which…. ones… do .. YOU.. WANT?!!” I can’t make this stuff up. Took my order, took my money, but don’t know what to put in the box. And mad that she has to repeat herself. I guess it’s too early to repeat herself. So don’t spend money at this location before the sun comes up. I won’t be back. And I’m not upset. I just have the time today

This place should be closed. I stood for 5 minutes in the Cashier and there are two servers (one behind in the kitchen and one in the lobby eating), no one approached or even assured me that they will serve me. The store is disgusting and cluttery! I hope the owner sees this comment and do something about it.

It’s currently 8:30pm the doors are locked and the employees are telling me the store is closed. All the signs say 9pm!!!! And y’all wonder why we don’t support businesses in our immediate area!!! This is why!!!

Horrible experience. I went and got a caramel frozen coffee. I typically come everyday to get this drink and it’s amazing. Today it tasted absolutely horrendous. So I went back in and asked them to remake my coffee, they responded with “no that’s exactly how we make it, nothings different” I said I come everyday and it doesn’t taste like this. She repeated herself so I told her to just throw it away cause I will not drink it. She snatched the drink out of my hand and said “so you want me to remake it!” I didn’t say anything and I watched her make it, she put it in the blinder for 3 seconds and took it out Before it finished, so it’s completely liquid. I will never so back. I never once had attitude with them or anything.

The staff was very unprofessional and making fun of my friend at the drive thru because her mobile order wasn’t processing. Meanwhile, I already placed my order ahead of time before we arrive at the drive thru. The staff continued to mock my friend and said we were holding up their line and “why didn’t we just order at the window”. I found the public commentary to be very disrespectful and unprofessional. It was embarrassing to watch multiple members of the staff continue to laugh and mock us when arriving at the window. I just wanted to order online and get my points and did not think I would be gaslighted at the drive thru. On top of everything, they burned my bacon on my sandwich. It’s safe to say I will not be eating here again.
