I was excited to get a sourdough breakfast sandwich. The Dunkin website says it has “five half slices of bacon.” You can see the nice stock photo showing the five pieces of bacon sticking out (which, even though the description says “half slices,” the picture is clearly meant to make people think there are five full slices). I was disappointed when my sandwich looked like it had in total maybe one piece of bacon. I didn’t get five half slices. That’s not four half slices. It’s not three half slices. It’s at most two half slices broken up into small pieces. Sandwich also has a weird smell, like a wet dog, and my large latte was only 2/3 full. Waste of money.

The front cashier and the brown skin young lady with glasses working in the kitchen need to work on their attitudes and customer service. Having a nasty attitude and shoving food in my hands when you made my food incorrectly and I was nice about it is insane.

I’m actually reviewing this Dunkin as a candidate for employment at this location. First of all, I arrived ten minutes early to the interview and waited in the lobby to be interviewed. The interviewer was 30 minutes late and was outside on the phone for another 7 minutes before he came in and interviewed the young lady and I that sat in the lobby. This was a red flag immediately for me. The interview went great despite their staff member being super late. This was on a Tuesday morning at 9 am. At about noon i saw an email saying that i got the job and that i needed to complete on-boarding tasks. I had a few more interviews and job offers that week so i spoke with one of their staff members at that location and let her know that i had other job offers and that i would decide which one would work best for me and i would let them know by Friday at the latest. Friday came and i notified them that i was interested in taking the position with Dunkin and that I had completed all my on-boarding tasks. She said great and told me to contact the GM. I called the GM and she was very dry and short with me. I spoke to her Friday evening and she asked me to send over my license and Social security card. She never gave me a time frame that she needed them by so I didn’t think she meant immediately. The next day I realized that she texted me that morning around 8 am asking for the ID and social security card again so i sent it as soon as i saw her text. After this she never responded. I figured I was waiting for training to start and a whole week goes by and i decide to text message the GM to ask her when i can start training and she never responds back to my text message. So i decide to log into the application portal and i was shocked to see that she closed the position after they had already hired me…. she basically fired me before i could even start. Not only that, she didn’t even have the decency to tell me. No call. No text, No email. I turned down other employers to work here but they have unprofessional General managers that don’t communicate well and have bad attitudes. Nowhere during the interview process did they stipulate that you had a certain time frame to accept the job. Dunkin is supposed to be a business that serves people….this GM didn’t represent very well for the company overall. But this shows me how she probably treats her staff as well. I was looking forward to working here but its probably in my favor that i was let go before i could even start.

If I could give the service 0 stars I would, sadly this Dunkin is the closest to my house and although there’s been several times I left there not wanting to return I still give it another try.. this last visit I ordered a iced Carmel coffee NO sugar and was told to park in front, I tried to explain I was late for work the employee cut me off and said she needed to keep the line moving, there was one car behind me and it was visible there was NO line.

This place is pitiful. Shut down and start over. They had no donuts.could barely fulfill a dozen mixed. I ordered 3 coffees,of which none were labeled so my coworkers were confused. Inside was Closed. Drive thru was empty. Now I see why.

Ordered a carnal macchiato w/shot of espresso. Fast like regular coffee, it wasn’t a full cup. Also it was warm. Won’t visit again.
