Been coming here for a while now and the ladies recognize me and greet me every time with awesome customer service. Only time my latte may not be right is when those two ladies aren’t there, which is not often. I’m always happy or happier leaving here. Thank you ladies! You know who you are! Picture just for show! The man taking our order was completely rude to us. We were trying to order donuts for our family and his tone of voice and manners were horrible, and so was the service. They were out of almost every donut we asked for and he got both of our drink sizes wrong, and when we asked for a receipt to make sure we didn’t pay for the price of a medium to get a small he nodded. When he gave us all our food but still no receipt we asked again, then we asked again, and he still didn’t ever give it to us or acknowledge us, so we had to leave without it. Edit: Now that i’ve gotten home i’ve discovered that he’s also gotten the donuts wrong. I asked for a dozen of a few different donuts but since they had almost no donuts I asked for a simple half glazed and half chocolate glazed because that’s what they had the most of. I ended up getting 8 glazed and 4 chocolate glazed.

The coffee was very weak and water diluted. I brought it to there attention and was only offered more of the same weak coffee. The guy seemingly in charge said he makes it the same everyday. No further recourse offered. Another customer told me that her ice coffee was weak also and I wasn’t wrong. When you pay that much for coffee and believe in Dunkin Coffee, you expect a good cup of coffee.

Dunkin is my favorite coffee shop. However, for some reason, the drink flavor is different from location to location. For example, the frozen coffee tastes very different from location to location. I avoid frozen coffee from this location. The doughnuts and other food seem pretty consistent.

I stopped by this location to pick up donuts and grabbed a blueberry muffin on my way to work. First bite, I discovered that the mudfin was not cooked properly. I am giving 1 starbbecause I understand things happen but I called this store twice to let them know so they won’t sell these to anyone else and no one answered. I get it. Everyone is busy but that’s when customer service is even more important. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go back but hoped that they would answer the phone instead of sending me to voicemail.

So unnecessarily rude. If you like to be berated for ordering too many of the same donuts that are visibly available in the case, or chastised for taking too long to open the app, then this is the Dunkin for you! Donuts were sloppily made at best.

Please display correct business hours, it says you close at 9pm. Frustrating to have to drive a distance, arrive an hr+15mins(7.44pm) before close time only to see doors locked.

I have been refused for service at this location at 9:21pm by two staffs. One of them is named Raina’s Stevens. Called the store while at the other side of the traffic light, no one bother to answer. Posted business hours at the drive thru window shows the store closes at 10:00pm. Google search also shows that the business closes at 10:00pm. Staffs seems to be very focused on cleaning up and going home. They told me they have ran out everything, and did not ask what I was trying to order. Took photos. One photo shows lines of bagels on rack in kitchen, I guess they did not ran out of everything.. She refused to provide manager or owner’s phone number. Would not come back here again.

It’s Dunkin! Coffee’s always good. The jelly doughnut had plenty of filling(not always the case at some Dunkin’s) Plenty of bagged whole bean coffee, which is what I came in for.
