My son and I come into this location at least once a week for donuts before school and I honestly think it’s time we stop. The customer service is so bad. This is the only place where you can tell them exactly how to make your drink, they don’t, you ask for it to be fixed and they start yelling about how you should’ve said that to someone. I literally told someone no topping 2x and they put it on there so when I need my drink fixed, TWO people yelled at me. I’m not going to continue to pay for overpriced bad coffee and then it’s not even how I asked. I get it’s morning rush but there’s no reason to be so rude to the customers.

I come here every now & then but this time it was unpleasant. I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and an iced matcha latte with vanilla bean. The bagels were fine but the drink was not made right. It had espresso in it and looked like it was blended in the coolatta machine. Tasted and looked horrible, very upset.

I need to share this with ya’ll. We are regularly coming to this location.. when I say regularly, I mean everyday. I do curbside most days because I have children.. lots of children. There’s this particularly amazing lady(Mandy) that goes beyond every time for us. Her personality in the morning, her passionate love for working there, her smile is really keeps us coming back. She knows us by name, she knows our orders and brings it out to us personally. After the pandemic there seems to be a lack of hospitality everywhere we go. Not here tho. I can’t say enough great things about her. Dunkin’ give this lady a raise,hell even her own store! It would be the best around because she pours her heart into loving your customers. Unless you want your coffee with a side of sass unprofessionalism then I don’t recommend coming to this location. How do you rudely rush someone ordering inside because you have a customer waiting to order at the drive thru. Mind you several other staff members told her they don’t mind taking my order. Mind you this is someone who was rude unprovoked. I had my two children with me and honestly if it weren’t for them, I would have turned and walked away to go to another location. Please hire people with better attitudes.

This is my goto place for Dunkin breakfast and lunch. I always had pleasant experience with this Dunkin. But very recently I came across a new lady that they hired who was in Drive-through. I think her name is saptima or something like that. She is very pleasant, talks nicely, no mistakes in the order and overall she gives very postive vibes. Great Gal!! Highly Recommended this Dunkin

I’m A 52yrs old women. Thursday at around 6:30 PM… A young lady with gray eyes & filthy sweater (no name tag) serving at the drive thru window. Very very nasty attitude, condescending antagonizing. I let her know that her behavior was unacceptable, very unprofessional… She continued to speak unapologetic towards us, as she closed the window & walked away. Hope there is a camera that captured my visit. Also, this late in the afternoon our donuts were hard & stel.. Will not ever stop at this establishment again.
