I am actually forced to post this review after my last few poor visits. Recently I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered a hot coffee and espresso at 1:30pm. To my surprise after I drove off I noticed the older lady at the drive-thru window gave me an old smelling and cold espresso. I immediately drove back to the speaker and told her about the cold espresso and all the while she’s still saying the total. As I pulled forward she still didn’t remember that I just placed the order. I then informed her that she gave me an ice cold espresso and that I wanted a fresh hot one.

I go to this DD at least 4 times a week… Today my experience was not pleasant at all! I guess I was annoying the young lady in the drive thru with my questions for my mobile order. Then when I asked could they please warm my donut holes, like I get done daily. I was told they was not allowed to warm them. When I asked why, her reply was cause we can’t! Guess I’ll find me a new DD location to use.

I order here quite often and they rarely get my order right. the manager wouldn’t give me my good even after I explained the situation then proceeded to scold me as if it was my fault. they always leave something out of my order and now im just frustrated

First time here. The drive thru was extremely busy. There was always a line to be served, but with that being said, the line did move quite quickly. I went inside and was served right away. I ordered a blueberry muffin, Boston Creme donut and a middle hot chocolate for only a little under $7. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because it took them 3 different people to get my hot chocolate. One person said that another person was going to get it, then finally the young lady who took my order got my drink. The donut was yummy. We would order from here again when we are in this neck of the woods.

This is the 2nd time i’ve visited this location and received VERY POOR service. They don’t listen or care about your requests at all. I asked to have my muffin warmed and ordered 8 munchkins which are usually put in a separate small box yet they’ve thrown it all in one bag and my muffin was cold. Both times. Whoever the new staff there is, they need to be retrained or fired asap because based upon other recent reviews I am not the only one experiencing this.

They rarely get mobile orders correct and they typically have a ride response when you return to get it fixed. Often the bottom of cup is full of grounds as well. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

Worst experience ever! We asked for egg and cheese crossant, they gave us pork!! Plus we order 4, they only gave us 3. The manager sort of challenged and wanted to check the bag. We habded the bag and she counted. Indian owner/manager, very poor customer service!

This is one of the busiest locations Ive visited. But they do get you through the drive through fairly quick despite all the big lines. I cannot speak to the atmosphere as I didn’t go inside, but the staff at the drive through window was very friendly and got is out of there quickly.

Shauntell was EXTREMLEY rude, unprofessional and unhelpful during my visit today! After placing my order, I had to sit and wait at the drive thru window for atleast 5 minutes b4 I was even greeted. Then she casually walked up to the window while on her cell phone. I then had a question abt my earned points for the Dunkin app and she was ZERO help! Would not come back here.
