I purchased donuts and coffee. I asked the cashier not to do anything to my coffee because I would do it myself. I then asked for about 20 sugars because I like my coffee really sweet and they wouldn’t allow me to get anymore than 6 sugars because they said their policy is only 2 sugars per coffee. I’m sick of the Indians or what ever they are always ruining a great customer service experience. These people are all over the US and treat us so bad. I’m started to turn around when I saw them in the store. Terrible customer service. If I could rate them zero I would!

I ordered a plain bagel lightly toasted with cc. Simple. I got to work took my bagel out to eat it and was disappointed bagel was cut like chunks taken out burnt and cc on one side. Sn: cashier also gave back wrong change. Needless to say I won’t return

I left my money at home and was hungry and I to collect some change from the car. I had enough for Dunkin hashbrowns. I did not eat much the day before because I was working like crazy, those hashbrowns were everything. They were hot and fresh, it’s like they knew I needed them. I have gotten some in the pass that was hard and cold, which is crazy because they only give you like 6 round mini hashbrowns.

Thank you Joseph for being professional and efficient with my order! When it comes to fast food it’s refreshing to have a respectful & happy employee. Unfortunately the other lady just stood there eating Cheetos (she took my order behind the counter). Joseph finished making my food and the young lady gave him a little attitude when he asked if my drink had been made yet as I waited. I didn’t like that. Despite that he made my visit pleasant.

My order was so simple,I just order a medium coffee with 2 sugar ,I think they didn’t have enough coffee and they add a-lot of hot water to it ,it taste like hot water and it look like it too with a lil bit of color .

This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They never give me my complete order (for 2 adults, so a total of 4 items) and something is always either burnt, cold, or burnt and cold. There are 2 other dunkins very close by, just bypass this one all together.

I asked for a SWEET tea and the Indian man gave me a tea that looked good but when I tasted it. It was NOT sweet. So i gave it back & asked again. He told me the label says sweet. I said it says sweet but it’s NOT sweet. Can I have a hot tea. He said we do not have hot tea. What? Then gives me 2 measly things of sugar like that was going to help iced sweet tea. The attitude was serious & I do not tolerate bad customer service at all. Get your business right & serve better products or quit. Get some training from Chick FIL A.
