Every single time I come to dunkin they have no idea how to make a matcha tea. Every single time I ask for it to be extra shaken, extra blended, extra stirred, etc. because there are always matcha powder clumps at the bottom. And every single time they do not do it and there are clumps in the drink. Take matcha off the damn menu if none of your locations know how to properly make and serve the drink.

Come here daily for coffee and a donut or two, so I spend an average of $27 a week. So when I forget my phone on occasion and come back the following day with my receipt to get my points and am refused (they do not know how to add points without making a new order), I am disappointed. I asked for a small sample of the drink, watermelon, and was also refused. Why not? Such absolute policies. Service is not friendly and most times find employees with chipped nail polish which is unappetizing and unclean especially handling your food.

I am so very disappointed in this Dunkin Donuts. I went in for iced coffee. I had an app deal, get a free medium iced coffee with any purchase. Well I decided to get some munchkins. They didn’t have much of a selection, only three to choose from, chocolate , glazed or blueberry (my preference is raspberry filled). When I looked in the display, there was a gnat flying in the closed display. I showed the young man the gnat and by this time, the gnat had landed on one of the munchkins. He nonchalantly asked if I wanted a donut instead, (which were in the same display case). I replied, “No, the gnat was freely flying through the display case.” I just bought a cup of water and left. Someone needs to do hygiene training. That was just nasty and disgusting!!! ☹️

Turn off the open sign IF YOU ARE NOT OPEN. If I’m driving, I’m not going to check your hours on Google. If the lights are on, the open sign is on, I’m assuming you’re open. The automated order taker thing at the drive through still greeted and everything and then I pulled up to the window just to get yelled at through the window that you don’t open till 5. I get it. If you’re closed, you’re closed. But don’t yell at me like I’m the bad guy for pulling up to a restaurant that’s “open” sign is lit up in the front window.

Try to avoid this location if you can. First they put in my order wrong and overcharged me, then proceed to not give me back my completed refund of the money they owed me, although it was they’re fault!! As other reviewers have stated, be mindful of what they’re charging you!

The Maple Donut was super fluffy and nice, and the Iced Coffee I got was also superb. Well done, although the entrance is a bit scuffed.

Ordered a toasted bagel with extra cream chesse..smh at 11a but received yesterday’s or older bagel. Its so freaking chewy, hard and cold . Why do they even bother opening the store.

Today I have to give them a low score because the food was bad. I ordered a nitro brew with sweet cold foam. It tasted like coffee flavored water. I am forcing myself to drink this since I paid roughly $5. My son bought 2 chicken bacon croissants that had a horrible taste as if it was freezer burned. He threw them away because of that… $10 waste. I am very disappointed this time. I need you all to do better. Put some care into making this food as if it were you or your family. Think I am either gonna find a different store or switch back to Starbucks.
