I feel regardless of what time of the day it is, your brand is donuts and you should always have donuts. Go to Panola Rd! I use to come to this location since it’s close to my job. I only order the signature iced caramel latte. But the last 3 times the drink had a bitter burnt taste to it. I could not drink it and threw the entire drink away. A waste of money. At first I thought it was just one off but no, 3 times at different times within the month something had to be wrong. My drinks and food at Panola Rd is WAYYYY better.

Tosh wasn’t helpful at all in answering any questions!!!!!! I was Simple! Direct and to the point about the APP and she couldn’t answer but walked away as I was speaking to her concerning the App. This is leadership at its finest and as I was speaking with corporate she was rude and very belligerent didn’t want me to have her name nor speak with her concerning getting info on who I could report her behavior to! I will never be back to this location as long as she’s employed here!!!! Not someone I want to invest my time or energy in spending money at this location!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

At least this location put the everything bagel on the avocado toast but the bread wasn’t toasted. The hash brown were cold with only two of the hash browns being room temperature. Light ice means less ice in the drink.

I went through the drive thru to get a dozen donuts. The young lady asked me to come inside because the sign was outdated. I told her that I knew what I wanted so I could make an order without coming in. I asked for the old fashioned donuts, double chocolate and Jelly flavor donuts. I paid for my order and drove home. When I presented the donuts to my mom we noticed that all of the donuts were hard and a couple looked damaged. I had to heat the donuts to soften them. The old fashioned donuts turned out to be plain cake donuts. They should be embarrassed offering such poor quality donuts .

Ghetto, extremely unprofessional & very rude. & This person with orange hair has an airpod in her ear having a personal conversation while we stood there waiting for her to acknowledge us (never did). She doesn’t change her gloves after touching that hair and touching equipment and machinery.The guy at the drive-thru finally came to the register and assisted us.
