WORST DUNKIN IN GEORGIA. NEVER GO HERE THEY’RE EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE EXTREMELY RUDE. NO MANAGER ON SHIFTS. FOOD NOT HANDLED PROPERLY BUT I GUESS THATS WHY THEY HAVE A C GRADE. I WITNESS AN EMPLOYEE NOT EVEM WASH HIS HANDS AFTER USING RESTROOM.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go here if you care about food safety or your health and wellness. I visited this location yesterday afternoon and ordered my usual iced drink. The man at the drive thru window grabbed my drink to hand it to me and proceeded to cough several times right over my cup!!!!! He did not cover his mouth or try to cough into his elbow or shoulder or anything other than my drink. I immediately brought this to his attention and his response was “it has a lid”…..I was utterly shocked!!!! No wonder their food rating is a 78 C!!!!! Beware.

Ordered a coffee roll and immediately regretted it when I took a bite. It was hard and stale. No wonder people on that side of town say they don’t like the donuts. Very disappointed . My tea was good and my friend said her frozen butter pecan coffee was good.

My experience on 2/17/23 was astonishing! My food was cold for breakfast, the service was not appreciated and while I was there a homeless man was allowed to clean his feet with a rag in front of the counter, while food was being passed out. After that, he walked over and stole a whole birthday cake out the cooler, and walked out while the employees chased him down the street..uhmm

I usually come here to get my late night coffee after a long day of work. I’m glad this place is open 24/7 cause I usually work until late hours. Their foods/beverages are nice and taste regular like every other Dunk’in. Overall, I’m glad that a place like this exists for a person like me.

They closed the building saying only 2 people in the building but had about 15 Indian people in there. It’s supposed to be open 24 hours. Every time I went over there they overcharge for coffee or donuts. Spend $3 less at Roswell Dunkin Donuts. No disrespect to indians, I’m part Indian but please learn to speak English. Every time I try to use my app for purchase they are clueless. This is my last time ever going to this location. No thank you.

Had a job interview here last year and was kept waiting for an hour after informing the staff that I had an interview scheduled at 10 AM. The manager or owner giving me the interview told me that I could come in the next day at 7 AM for training and she was oddly fixated on blue jeans and how I must wear them to get this job (I don’t even own a pair). I asked her if I could wear something else but she was adamant on the blue jeans. Some jobs have dress codes and that’s fine. She also said that I didn’t have to dress the way I was anymore (I was wearing a long skirt and long sleeved shirt) because I live in the United States now, implying that now I was “safe” to wear the blue jeans. I was put off by her attitude. I’ve lived here all my life and I don’t put up with being treated like a little girl, or being talked down to in a condescending manner, so I told her I didn’t want the job anymore. So if you come in here for a job, be sure to wear the blue jeans and be prepared to wait a long time.

Totally unfriendly and rude service from an indian man! Stressed us so much that we left the store without taking our donuts. He was not listening at all to anything we said and did not answer to our questions instead he just did what he liked. We asked if the donut is with caramel he said just said `maple` and put it into the box then we asked again if do he got one with caramel and he yells at us that it is maple and still puts it into our box even tho I said I want with caramel and not maple.

This has to be one of the best Dunkin franchise I’ve been to as far as food and service. The other few places I’ve been to have always had issues making avocado toast correctly (they just put strips of bacon on top) or they serve hot chai that tastes a little spoiled, add a third cup of foam to it, or the temperature is too cool. This place made everything just right, tasty and perfect temperature.

Customer service is so unprofessional and disrespectful. My friend was want to use the bathroom and they don’t like to give us the key. When I ask them, why? They all came out and started yelling at us. I’m just wondering why these people were so hungry to fight while they are old.
