The food is really good. The service is very nice, the workers are very polite and professional. But I have an interview with the manager and so did my god sister, she said she would call us back but never got back to us. Never called to tell us that we didn’t even receive the position we applied for. So I didn’t really appreciate but overall the food is good

This location either gets your order perfect, or totally wrong for your liking. My macchiato this morning was EXTRA strong (and yes, I know they are originally supposed to be strong). The staff has been nice most of the times I’ve visited. I’m not sure if the new company policy is to only do one shot of syrup unless specified, but they used to do 3 shots per drink when you asked for flavoring. I had to come home and make my own liquid sugar so it was drinkable. After that it was okay.

The drive through lady was very rude and had a bad attitude. She rolled her eyes and rushed us. Next time I am going to Starbuck. Line may be longer but is much more worth the wait if it the customer service is better. Now I know why the line was longer at Starbucks

Tiffany M! Outstanding customer service. This girl deserves some recognition and a raise. She has been a critical part of the success of the county wide pet vaccine clinics. We run on coffee and donuts and Tiffany always makes sure our large order is done correctly and ready to go when we pick it up. I can’t say enough good things about this young lady!! Great Job!

The Covington GA Hwy.278 Dunkin Donut location has such kind ppl working there… The Staff are always bubbly, caring & helpful… We love going in for Cappuccino Blasts… If you’ve not tried it, I HIGHLY recommend “Original Cappuccino Blast with Jamoca Ice Cream & add whip cream & caramel drizzle on top!!!! All I can say is it’s AMAZING!!!! The frozen coffee drinks DO NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! The Staff will take care of you so well… I PROMISE!!!! David Brumlow;)

Staff did a great job! The only problem is the music is so loud that you can’t even carry on a conversation. I asked the staff if they could turn the music down a little. The manager apologized for it being too loud and said she had had several complaints but she had no way to turn the sound down.
