This location sucks!! I tried to get a workers attention 3 times. She looked at me every time and kept walking. I ordered 4 Boston cream and they were all in one bag. So the chocolate was all over the bag. So I went back in and got a replacement for 2 and bagged all 4 individually. Not one worker seemed to care about the customers at all. They should all be fired!!!!! I’m sure corporate office will not care about this review. If you do reach out to me and I will tell you more.

Annoying paying 5 or 6 dollars for mediocre coffee (this is a general Dunkin complaint, not this location specifically), but even more annoying when the cup is full to the brim with ice and like maybe 6 actual sips of coffee. Staff is nice though!

I ordered a bagel NOT toasted w/butter on the side. Bagel was hard, as if it had been partially toasted & sitting a bit. I told the cashier & she said it softens up when toasted. I asked if it was fresh & she assured me it was, so I said ok please toast it. (although fresh should be soft) Well needless to say it was horrible. 1 bite & it was trash. I always have ordered my bagel not toasted & it was always soft. Very disappointing.

Had to wait for ever my sandwich was dry. I did not like the idea that I had two eggs I prefer one but I guess that’s how they make it. It was my first time going there thought it would be convenient since we had to get gas n had not eaten breakfast yet. My drink was terrible tasted like water with a tad of whip cream on top. We just jad one open where I live but will not go since I had bad experience with first visit while on the way to Tenn for semi vacation.

I ordered 4 sandwiches, they all were supposed to have cheese, 3/4 they didn’t put cheese on. Ordered a side of bacon, they didn’t give it to me. When asked they said they were out and couldn’t refund it. When I mentioned the cheese, they gave it to me separate in a box. The girl was somewhat helpful, the boy shrugged and didn’t care. As a restaurant business owner I am appalled.

Every time I come to this location there’s a problem. The order is messed up, or they don’t have this or that, the food is frozen, or they act stingy with their bacon. I got to Salem Rd or 278 location and everything is perfect. They need new staff on Crowell

Water smelled and yellow in color..They charged a dollar..(ok) but when the ice melted it was obvious the water was tainted. Had the water tested and it was positive for bacteria. Went to the location and have not received a call back. Also searched public records to find out that they received warnings in the past for a dirty ice machine and filters.
