Definitely gave it a shot because I love Dunkin and get it every other day, but during THIS vacation, I found myself struggling to even finish a singular sandwich from their menu. The food was simply not good, and the caramel macchiato that I ordered you would swear came straight from the cow, because I honestly couldn’t find the espresso. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this establishment if you’re touring this beautiful island.

It’s a great place to eat at and a great place to work at. We love having fun conversations with our customers and making their morning a little brighter. We accept pre orders for large quantities of donuts and coffee, or you can come join us on Hilton Head for some breakfast before school or work. Hope to see you soon!

Go somewhere else!! Place is dirty, and customer service is lacking and the staff (except one person) appeared unmotivated. Management really need a hard look at this location. This is subpar for Dunkin’ Donuts. There are other places on the island to get a decent donut and cup of coffee.

The girls at this dunkin that were working on Mother’s day (Sunday) around 9am were absolutely horrible. It costs ZERO to be a nice person. The snarls and attitude these girls gave us for THEIR own error was mindblowing. Like you made a mistake, we weren’t rude about it and inquired and were met with extreme hostility over a drink… coffee. I honestly feel bad that these girls feel it necessary / okay to treat customers this way. Like just be kind. There is no reason to be nasty, especially so unprovoked. I hope yall have a better day and if you can’t find it in you to be nice then please find yourself a different job where you don’t have to deal with the general public

Dine-in was closed this morning (not sure if that’s common; based on others’ reactions I take it that that was an anomaly). The line for drive-through was long; wrapped completely around the building. When I first arrived, it felt like a parking lot: no movement at all. Someone even pulled out of line (which was awkward driving). But once we got rolling, the line dissipated quickly. The servers were super friendly. They got my order all correct and in a timely fashion. All good in my book

This is a typical Dunkin’ store that you see on every corner. The staff was a bit harsh when we ordered our iced latte. The sugar wasn’t melted and when we told them, they made a weird face. We asked them to make it again but the new one wasn’t so good either. We didn’t make a big deal and left with another new one. It’s not the best Dunkin’ out there but certainly not the worst either!

This francise store has the standard “Dunkin'” foods which are to expected; however… the staff, their customer service but the worst part is their attitude. ompletely unacceptable, snarky, salty… but mostly rude. They acted as if it was my place to provide a pleasant and approachable attitude.

The restaurant seemed unkept, not dirty, not clean. The girl who took our order would not make eye contact or speak. Donuts were stale and coffee was 100 % made wrong. One of us sat our drink down to put a straw in on a table at the front register and it was wobbly and the drink spilled. They didn’t want to remake the drink but did so begrudgingly. Don’t recommend honestly.
