I’m a local one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location!! Horrible service only 2 people working rest hiding in the back room. 15 to get a chicken wrap. Flies everywhere. Coffee spilled over every part of the counter dirty lobby service is I don’t care attitude from people that supposedly work there . The entire 15 minutes that I was there and it was only two guys servicing the drive-thru and servicing the lobby, cooking and doing coffees. That’s it the rest employees supposedly MIA.

Don’t bother getting any drink with milk products in it if you want any coffee from here. My iced latte was literally half of a pump of syrup, the entire cup full of milk, and a suggestion of coffee. Not worth a visit unless your coffee order is a glass of milk on the rocks. Service is equally poor, but checks out as I watched their shift manager make another “no cafe latte”. I’ve seldom had an issue with the quality of Dunkin’s products store to store, so it’s pretty bewildering that this franchise could butcher people’s orders so hard.

Literally 18 minutes in the drive through only 2 cars ahead of me which are still from when I first came. All for a macchiato and an ice water which they said they are charging me for. Still sitting in the drive through. Would leave but can’t due to only one lane, one way! Finally got my order after 20 plus minutes. No apology for the wait. They greeted dme and asked how my day was. I replied, “Terrible, been waiting for s single drink in s car with an infant for over 20 minutes!” Again no apology what so ever. Also had to Ask for my receipt been going here multiple times a week for at least 7 years. This was the absolute worst experience!!! Unacceptable!!!

This place is a mess. My food is always cold and soggy. (Don’t buy the hashbrowns). They are also ALWAYS out of stuff.

Dear Dunkin Donuts, the dark haired woman with glasses who served me at 6PM on 4/23/2023 was perfect. Her exceptional service and glowing personality really made my day, and I left feeling better about everything, even about Dunkin Donuts. Please give this woman recognition, increased recompense, and hire more like her.

With the amount of new hires I’ve seen, their training policy must be great! I’m always in and out in a heartbeat. DO be mindful of the hairpin turn for the drive-thru, as larger vehicles may want to circle around back and not risk scraping their vehicle. Not a problem in my Golf, but it could be for large SUVs
