The new crew has been exceptional. I visited twice today. I went through the drive-thru in the morning and my order was prepared exceptionally fast… in and out in a minute or less. I returned in the evening as I “owed” my 6 year-old a donut. The staff greeted me right away, was friendly, and contributed to an all around positive atmosphere. I like this place again….

This is just one of those locations that is inconsistent. I really like their Maple Bacon Sugar sandwich but its so inconsistent. today was a bad day. I pulled into the drive-thru and ordered the sandwich only. By the way today they weren’t as rude as they normally are but that’s a different story. Anyway I get my food drove 8 minutes to my office, now I’m sitting here with a sandwich that has what chews like 5 day old croissant bread. the only reason I go to this drive-thru is convenience as it is on my route to work. wish I liked McDonalds as its right next door. I’ll have to stop being so lazy and start making my breakfast.

The best dunkin doughnuts ever! I live walking distance away from this place the staff are so nice and always on point with your order and with how good the drinks are. Some spots don’t know how to make their own drinks (aka the dunkin like a mile from this one) but these guys are so professional and good at their jobs. I would put this dunkin up against any other coffee spot. FYI I think Starbucks is way overrated because it is. Another thing is I come here almost everyday and I order online for the points and everyone knows my vehicle and greets me by name when I pull up every day it’s so nice to have that personal feel at a place because you don’t find that hardly at all anymore. I highly recommend this dunkin over any other coffee spot close to here. They are at hwy 160 and gold hill rd in Fort Mill, SC. There is also one near the interstate but it is terrible and the employees don’t know how to make coffee drinks. I would drive the extra 3 minutes off the interstate to go to this location. I just can’t say enough absolutely my favorite restaurant to go to and I don’t hardly ever eat any good here but when I do it’s always hot fresh and served with a smile!

I ordered a green tea refresher and they didn’t even fill the cup up. When asked they said that’s all they could fill it up because I asked for no ice. I explained that other locations fill it uo to and she just looked at me and said sorry. Last time I visit this location.
