I went by there today and only one man was working both the drive through and inside. He was extremely nice and let me know his circumstances and why he couldn’t do my drink order. To this tall man wearing glasses and sweating bullets, thank you for filling in. You deserve a huge raise! I drove away without a drink, but he was the most pleasant employee I’ve come across there. The food at this location is usually cold and drink orders are messed up quite often. Dunkin’ pay your employees better and you’ll keep them. Food service is hard, but needed. Give them a living wage and better management. I miss this location giving great food and coffee!

After ordering a coffee in the mobile app. I waited at the drive thru for over 12 minutes. I was told to hold on but no one returned to take my order. I drove around to the window. The young lady was talking to an older guy( not an actual customer) . They continued to have a full blown conversation while customers waited at the drive thru and tried to go inside to pick up their orders. I asked for a refund which I was unable to receive since Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t own the app.

Do not come to waste time time or energy at this place! Customer service & the quality of what you order is terrible. Ordered two medium iced caramel macchiatos and as soon as I got them I noticed that they were too white. Straight up looked like white milk: so I asked one of the women employees if they could add more coffee to it. She informed me it has espresso and asked the girl who made it, what she had done differently. Evidently, the employee isn’t going to be honest and own up to her laziness and poor skills. So the lady says we’ll have to pay for any extra shots we want, keep in mind she’s giving ME an attitude. Like it’s my fault that employees are unethical and slacking. We spent another $5 plus dollars on espresso shots. Worse experience ever!

I have been to many Dunkin’ Donuts and this one is probably the worst. My breakfast sandwich is always barely warm and the bread is never toasted. Cheese is cold as well. The coffee I get is go though. Service also ruins this location with rude workers.

We ordered multiple drinks and a lemon loaf yesterday the only thing the workers got right was the prepackaged lemon loaf so frustrating!! My husband’s vanilla cold brew was totally black and my daughters drink was also hers was a flavored oney outer pecan drink was watered down bad we usually go here alot but lately the drinks are not doing well and it’s money wasted it’s still sitting on the counter not drank
