The food quality is what you’d expect at a Dunkin. It’s cheap, quick, does it’s job. The guy who made the coffee did it right, 2 coffee orders and they each came out exactly as requested.

They gave me a latte instead of a macchiato and it was suppose to be a loyalty drink and she still charged me for it. Luckily I got a receipt or I wouldn’t have know I got charged. Starbucks employees are a lot friendlier and get your order right.

Ordered light ice like i do across the nation, and they said this is how a large is with light ice. I’ve never received a partially empty cup because i ordered light ice. This location is ripping off customers doing this. This is a medium drink in a large cup.

Today on my lunch break, which is at 7am because I work midnights, I spent $5.02 on a medium iced caramel latte and I took three swallows as of taking this picture! It’s literally ALL ice! Total garbage! I won’t ever order anything cold from this place again! I watched this guy that I assume was new try to put my drink together the cup wasn’t even half full when he jammed it full of use. He smashed it to fit down in the cup and I assumed get the drink cold. There was still a gap at the top of my drink so he handed it to the girl working there and she jammed EVEN MORE ICE INTO IT instead of putting a little more of a beverage like maybe milk in there! It would’ve cost the place less than a penny for! And I had to pay $5! Good luck staying in business this way! Especially in this economy we are living in!

I’m not sure what is going on at this location but it isn’t good. As a regular dunkin customer I felt I needed to review. Driving through the area today and stopped at the drive thru for a simple hot coffee and a frozen coffee. It’s Sunday. No joke. I waited at the window for a solid 10 minutes for a frozen coffee. They were busy filling door dash orders …that is what I was told.. not acceptable.

Im from Powdersville. First time trying their breakfast. Went through the drive. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwhiches. Bacon on both were 80% raw. My son and I took bites before we noticed. I prefer my bacon not super crispy. This was like it had been on a grill 30 seconds. I will not be back.

Came in to place a order on our way through town. Tried to place a order and was told they weren’t able to do so bc they were not able to add matcha to anything besides the matcha latte which is incorrect bc I order the refreshers often at home and add matcha. I said ok can you do a matcha latte added blood orange flavor.no that’s not option. So I changed my order to a iced macchiato pumpkin spice add cream was told they were not able to add cream bc the manager didn’t allow this and was very strict. So I ask for the energy punch was told it wasn’t on the menu and it clearly was so then another girl said well we don’t have the stuff. So I open my app to see other options while the 2 girls decided to just speak to each other very rudely discussing the orders and what there responses were going to be of why they were unable to do them. So I looked back up and said so what yall are saying is your unable to customize any order regardless of what I ask for. She said well it’s only specifics were able to do. I said well can you make a iced coffee and add pumpkin flavor with cream and sugar or is that not an option either. It took me 5 times changing my order to get something they could make. The attitudes of these 2 ladies was very rude and they acted annoyed just by me trying to place an order. I go to duncan often and order all the above drinks with no issues at multiple different locations. Not sure who the manage is over this location but they need to train there employees in customer service just a little better bc the behavior of your employees was very rude and disrespectful.
