This has got to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The workers are always miserable and rude. Service is slow and food is mediocre at best. I tried going inside one time and was rudely yelled at by an employee telling me the dining room wasn’t open for orders. Maybe put up a sign and/or lock the door? I walked about and drove across the street to Starbucks – I would much rather pay the extra money for good coffee, food and service.

Brooklyn is awesome! This morning was my 2nd visit. I am new at this coffee thing. My visit I explained what I liked and she created me a drink. She did say… now look at the ticket on your cup for next time. Well, I didn’t. So, thank goodness she was working today. I was in awe as she remembered me and my drink. Made my day and what I now call “The Brooklyn” was delicious. I hope I am spelling her name correctly.

I went in the drive-thru yesterday around 6 pm and ordered an iced latte, a powdered donut and a chocolate glazed donut. It took the cashier 3 times to get the order right! The powdered donut was hard and not even edible!!!! The latte was bitter and terrible tasting. The only thing worth eating was the chocolate covered donut!!!!

Had to stop by here for national coffee day, surprisingly not busy during the lunch hour, great customer service and very prompt in getting my order ready, I like the fact that they offer dairy alternatives and I was able to get an iced coffee with almond milk and pumpkin donut!

Newly remodeled store. Nice and clean and plenty of space to hang out and have a cup of coffee and a donut or other treat. The staff was friendly. They seemed as though they were short staffed possibly and it lead to a little bit of a longer wait than normal and they were out of quite a few donuts for as early in the day that it was.
