I love DD but this was by far the worst location I’ve been to. First of all the lady over the drive thru speaker made me repeat my order 3 times because she was casually chatting with another coworker while I was ordering. Second, the food I ordered was TERRIBLE and inedible. I ordered avocado toast and biscuit bites and both were extremely burnt (literally as hard as a rock) and I couldn’t even eat them so I had to throw them out. Waste of money and time and won’t be back to this location.

I love Dunkin’s Donuts, but they are constantly out of stock, which gets annoying for a donut place. The people who work there always look and sound like they hate their life….bare minimum service, no smiles, the door was locked even though they were open, etc.

Delicious donuts and good coffee. This time we visited mid-morning instead of afternoon, and had a better experience because they weren’t sold out of most of the donut varieties yet. I got exactly what I came for, a Boston creme donut. Also had a latte, which was extremely hot. Next time I will let it cool a little first to avoid scalding. Otherwise delicious.

Don’t sleep on the hot matcha tea latte made with almond milk. It is delicious and will compete with the one at Starbucks anyday. It’s 5 stars by itself. However my overall review is 4 because of the inconsistent temperature of the food. I eat here regularly and neither the drinks nor the food is always hot enough. They need to work on that.

first told us we wouldn’t have to pay and then proceeded to ask me how to make the coffee I wanted and then another girl came and rung us up and made us pay for it and then gave me a coffee that is not my coffee so I paid $6 for a plain iced coffee when I order espresso

This is my local Dunkin to work. I come to this one at least 1 a week sometimes 2-3 times. The staff for the most part is friendly and the drinks are pretty consistent. However, there’s been a few times I’ve had a few short or rude employee encounters along with never knowing if the lobby will be open. Overall however, the consistency is there.

We stopped here on our way to drive the Blue Ridge Parkway. We ordered 2 Pumpkin Spice Lattes, One mocha latte, one Everything bagel with cream cheese, and 2 bacon egg and cheese wraps. They told us they were out of eggs…ok. Then at the window told us to pull up. They gave us the most disgusting Mocha latte, didn’t give us one of our Pumpkin drinks, and when my daughter opened her bagel it was a plain one. So I went inside. That is when they decided to tell me they didn’t have everything bagels. It took them 20 minutes to make the latte they forgot to give us. We left and went to the Dunkin in TR. They remade our Mocha latte and I was able to order eggs TR wasn’t suprised we were treated that, they are owned by the same people.way and apologized for what happened. DO NOT GO TO CHERRYDALE DUNKIN!!!!!
