We stopped in at this Dunkin’ donuts while on vacation and got two of the most delicious coffee drinks we’ve had ever, and a very well made avocado toast with bacon. I would like to compliment the employees of this location because the food and drink they prepared was even above and beyond Dunkin’s usual high standards.

I really wish that I could rate this location decent, but unfortunately every single time I have come here, it seems that I have had bbeen there at bad times. I have always had to wait longer than 5 minutes in the drive-thru or in person and it seems as if all of the employees are too young to real care. I have never had a problem with my orders being wrong, but I do remember one time they explained to me that they ran out of avocado that’s an inventory issue though..

I stopped in this location to use the restroom because I KNOW it will be clean, safe, well lit, and sticked with toilet paper and soap that’s not wattered down or stinky. I never feel rushed when ordering my food, and if i get hash browns or other hot food, it’s always fresh. I never doubt if I’ll be getting good food or coffee here because I’ve never had a problem.

I love dunkin and one of the managers with the pink hair is great. She always greets me by name. My order is always ready when I get there. Yes sometimes during their rush hours I have to wait a little longer but these days tell me where you don’t have to wait. I wish the app would add where we could tip them. SLOWEST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried it 3 times. One time they never even acknowledged me at the drive thru speaker after a 4 minute wait. Once the coffee was piss warm. And this last time the drive thru line did not move for nearly 10 minutes!!! Several of us just left. Do NOT go here. All you’ll get is poor service an poor coffee. Go to ANY other Dunkin. Cheers!!

I should have known, when I got the job to trust a feeling I was having when I didn’t face to actually show. Two forms of identification, are the manager’s complaint about the turnover ratio, negative talk about previous employees, etc. if you are a disrespectful teen to adults not disrespecting you, can work an eight-hour shift with a ten-minute break where the assistant manager will come looking for you in the parking lot, don’t want to worry about completing helpful/important training videos, have facial piercings with a Dunkin training video saying you can’t, etc. this is the place where you need to work. Everyone in a position to give you direction on what to do is, but you suppose to listen to the person left in charge in your same position. So you don’t know who to listen to and try to avoid any more unnecessary conflicts. Look at my attachments, with text to the store manager who was texting me, then stopped with unanswered questions. Good communication has to start with the person that’s supposed to be leading. If not you suppose to be a team, want be a team, and will continue to do what you want when the manager is away and/or present, the employee turnover ratio will continue to be bad, and the manager will continue to be overwhelmed due to being understaffed, etc. Also, the white bald head guy needs to be more sanitary, touching his face, mouth, etc. then not washing his hands using one glove to handle people’s food/drinks. Hope this location improves in some much-needed areas.

Sat in line at the drive thru for 35 minutes. There were 4 cars in front of me when I pulled up. The manager said they have new employees and the ovens were giving her issues. I would have left early but the drive thru has a curb so you can’t escape once you get in line.

Why have 2 registers when you NEVER USE THEM?! POOR customer service, NOBODY moves with ANY purpose! This place is a JOKE! Walked out more times than I care to talk about! Another brand that is going right into the toilet! Whoever owns this dump should have the franchise revoked!
