Visit to the store at approximately 12noon, on 8/18/23. The store was absolutely filthy & dirty. The male associate was rude & crude, and appeared to be spaced out. The other associate, female, with green hair was pleasant, but, took her long time to make my iced coffee. I was the only customer in the store. The iced coffee was undrinkable, which I tossed in the trash. Dunkin needs to close this store, clean it thoroughly, fire the current staff , and start all over. Disgraceful store.

Tina made my sons day he was looking for a sweet coffee and she helped him with the best drink for that! Gave him a sample to try Tina was just the best person we ran into I want to thank her for today she gave us a good laugh and a great time don’t run into that much anymore Tina your the best thank you so much!! She even got us before her break not too many people will do that anymore! You deserve a raise Tina!! Thank you again!! We’re not from around here and things like that makes our time much better!! 🙂

Rated 3 stars because they try their hardest. With staffing being a worldwide struggle, you try to have patience. I was served expired cream cheese this morning and had to ask for an apology. They do quite often run out of items so I’ve learned to keep my orders simple. I live right down the street from this location. Not too sure I will return.

Its inside Walmart. Older lady at the Cash register was not having a good day but the young red-headed girl who was making the sandwiches was really nice and working hard. Food was good. Place was clean and well stocked. It gets busy and take some time to get your drinks if its not just regular coffee.

I left after waiting 20+ minutes. I saw 4 people . Only one girl making food and coffee for people. The shift manager and other staff took time to look at a kitten a customer had in lobby but not help speed up the line that was in lobby . They do run out of a lot of things as well .

In addition to being ridiculously slow, they are always out of basic things. Additionally, they skimp on the breakfast sandwiches. Ordered 3 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. All of them contained only half an egg. It was laughable and ridiculous. Not expecting high quality food from fast food, but this was really bad.
