Walked in due to a long drive-up line. The woman who served me was new at that register, but she was totally awesome and so polite! I ordered two ice coffees and a dozen doughnuts. She went the extra mile on the small things, like large straws and napkins, and she even opened the door for me on exit as both my hands were full!! Best service I could have asked for in a constantly super busy location.

Dunkin is my only go to for coffee! Not only does it taste the BEST, it’s much more affordable!! I love ordering ahead on the app and my coffee waiting on me when I arrive. I enjoy the sweetened butter pecan flavor added to the regular roast.

This Dunkin is my favorite and I m fortunate it is down the street from me. Their donuts are soft and fresh, my coffee is always the way order it. The staff is super nice and it’s CLEAN.

The people at this Dunkin are not friendly you go through the drive through and they say what do you want. Not welcome to Dunkin how may I help you. I go there probably 3-4 times a week and 70% of the time the order is completely wrong. I’m going to have to make the drive down the road to Starbucks from now on I think.

I usually have a pretty good experience at this store but today was terrible. A young lady took my order but was not friendly at all. Then when she gave me my first drink she said have a good day, which was nice. I said i have one more coffee. She said oh sorry what was it so I told her again. Now I ordered a caramel latte with almond milk and cold foam. Now that is almost a $6 coffee. I definitely didn’t get what I ordered. I even posted pics to show you what I got. It was for sure cows milk. You know how cows milk coats your mouth? Well Almond milk does not. That was for sure cows milk. If there was caramel there was very little. It was white like cold milk and they sprinkled pumpkin spice seasoning on top of the cold foam. Yep go figure. Maybe they were trying to create their own drink. Sorry worst drink I’ve ever gotten at Duncan.

Very disappointed in the food items. Pretty sure my hash browns were microwaved as they were extremely soggy and floppy, and the bacon egg and cheese croissant I got looks half done. They just slapped the cheese on it without toasting it.

We were welcomed upon entering. Loads of staff milling about with only one taking orders when there was a line. The service was about what you expect post pandemic. The price was a smidgen higher than our usual DD and the donuts were not fresh. The coffee was ok. The atmosphere clean.
