I ordered ahead on the app. Before placing it, the app prompted me to wait so it would be hot and ready. I finalized it with a 4 minute ETA. After arriving I used the very dirty bathroom and still had to wait for my order which was promptly given to another patron. They remade it quickly (coffee and muffin should be fast) but the entire stop was 10 minutes even though I ordered beforehand. My husband’s muffin was basically fused to the paper which made it difficult to eat in the car.

Edit: have visited twice more since the original review. Each time they did not get the mobile order correct and tried to send me off without all of the items ordered. Included a picture of the nitro coffee the gave me, half empty.

I scheduled my free birthday drink on the app along with a croissant and my order was being completed as I walked in the door. It was my first time ordering at this location and I had no issues with service. My caramel craze iced latte was good and strong. My croissant was a little hard but I did not ask for it warmed (it’s for later).

The customer service here is HORRIBLE! If I could award zero stars I would. Temersa was the cashier when I went in on a Sunday morning. I’m not sure if she was new, high or hard of hearing. I placed my order…when I asked do I select my donuts she said oh you wanted donuts? But she said she didn’t charge me yet she did. My iced coffee sat and wait by the drive-thru window as I looked at it; until I had to ask if that was my drink. Which it was. I had to contact the store manager who assisted with my refund; once she calculated I was charged twice.

This is one of the most poorly managed DDs around. Multiple visits after ordering on the all, they can’t make what I paid for. On the most recent occasion, after ordering on the app and showing up at 630am (1.5 hours AFTER opening), I’m told they can’t make ANY food and the one person working didn’t know how to refund orders. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
