Order3d at drive through because app isn’t working properly. Person at drive thru window has zero greeting or no manners, but i can overlook that. Ordered avocado “toast” the bread was not toasted AT ALL. It was just sliced wheat bread with spread on it. Couldn’t even ice it up because it became soggy under spread. Crazy amount of pepper. I was disappointed as I’ve had this once in the past from there, and it used to be delicious, so I wanted to try it again.

I pulled right up to the drive-thru speaker, and mentioned my name & mobile order. Was immediately acknowledged by a very friendly voice & told to pull forward. When I pulled to the window, my order was already ready with a gentleman smiling, whom handed me my order & told me to have a wonderful evening. I was also offered a drink crate as I had 3 drinks to carry.

Using the Mobile app, our order was number 905 got to the speaker told the person the name and the order number and she said she didn’t know what to do so just pull forward after waiting 25 minutes in the drive-through line reaching the window, she said the system was down and then went and got the manager explain to the manager that we did a mobile order. What are order number was, and that my American Express was already charged and he said there was nothing to do and simply get out of line and call customer service, I called customer service and they said it could take up to 14 days to refund the money. There was no attempt to apologize or compensate for waiting 25 minutes paying for something and getting nothing.

Great service and perfect coffee and sandwiches. Small store with a great hard working staff with nice friendly attitudes. This Dunkin has a small but super busy drive thru but they are efficient at keeping the line moving fast! Nicely done and worth the visit!

Perfectly mixed drinks, delicious donut, and friendly service! The amount of flavor in the drinks was exactly right. Not many Dunkin locations do that. I love that my donut was in a box and not in a bag. I hate when the donut is in the bag and messes up the toppings. The lady at the window knew exactly what to do!

McDonald’s frappes taste better than their frozen coffee and is MUCH cheaper. Asked for toasted blueberry muffins with extra butter. She refused to cut it Said it would ruin the muffin. Maybe they need to stick to donuts……
