Slow doesn’t express the reality of how much time is spent waiting. I’d say it’s not the employees fault because there’s probably a need for more employees however, their processes are very inefficient. It’s basically first come first serve regardless of your mobile order number. In other words, mobile orders don’t matter, you still have to wait in line when you get there or they just keep serving the next person that is complaining. The lobby is generally filled with people who talk about how slow the service is.

Extremely slow service from staff on the off chance you can actually get service. Attitudes ranging from annoyed to rude to completely ignoring customers. Food is usually okay but not at all worth the hassle. Always have to ask for items they didn’t give me from mobile or drive thru orders (especially when ordering hot food and food from the display case and a drink). It’s always pure chaos in there. Seems like there is zero leadership and no one cares about customer service at all. Do better.

My question is how come the employees at Dunkin’ Donuts ain’t wearing gloves when they handle food bagels and other assortments it is a health code violation in the state of North Carolina if you’re handling food you must wear the proper equipment IE gloves.

Ordered a dozen doughnuts online only to get there and being told that they were out. Said I would have to cancel my order online… but found out you can’t do that. Contacted the corporate office and was sent an email saying they wanted a screenshot of my receipt so they could rectify the situation which I sent. I have heard nothing since. They took my money and I still have no doughnuts. DO NOT order using their app. I learned the hard way. Go to the store and make sure they have what you want first. They are obviously crooks and don’t care about customer service.

This location can’t seem to get mobile orders right. I have asked for wraps and received croissants MULTIPLE times also if you’re ordering late morning or lunch time it’s very slow service. be prepared to wait and check your order. I also wish this location was open at 5 am like other locations. It seems to be hit or miss if it’s open early morning or not.

Drive thru is a horrible experience. Better find a show to watch or book to read because the past FOUR TIMES I’ve gone I’ve waited 30+ minutes before I receive the TWO DRINKS I’ve ordered. Also, you charge me for two large drinks on the app and inform me when I arrive that you’re “out of large cups,” give me two medium drinks and tell me that I have to go through the app to get a refund and the store can’t do anything, even though everything online says to contact the store for a refund? Get it together Dunkin’

With 1 car In front of me, the drive through took over 20 minutes. I ended up having to leave and get to my shift at the hospital without my coffee and still ended up being late to work. Please work on being more considerate to your customers in line.
