I don’t know why I try with DD, especially this location. My daughter likes it so I give it a try when I take her.. always a mistake. I order DECAF drinks because I have a serious caffeine sensitivity but i love coffee ☕️ and even though the screen says Decaf and the sticker on the drink says decaf, the drinks are never actually decaf because I have a bad reaction. When I go to Starbucks, they actually make my drinks decaf and I. have zero reaction so that just tells me the employees here don’t know or understand how serious it is to get the decaf thing 1000% accurate. It is just like an allergy and it’s not okay. Please train the staff of your company to better understand!

The guy that handed me my food sounded like he was high at the drive-thru and it was like he didn’t even care to hand us are food!! I’m not going back there and they took forever to give us are food ! I wouldn’t go here if you don’t fast service! Oh one more thing he slung are food across the counter!

Every time I go through the drive thru at 5:15am the lady running it is extremely rude, I also has to wait in line for a very long time before anyone had taken my order. I left before they could take my order because I had to be at work.

Omg! I used to only come to this location because they were great! The past 7 times I have they have messed me order up each time. It’s ONE coffee ONE! THAT’S IT! It’s never the correct flavor or there’s no flavor sometimes the cup it not always full. Sometimes the price is different. Last Monday I waited 20 minutes in line to get to the window only for them to tell me the card machine hasn’t been working all morning. Not to mention nobody where’s gloves, you can see them through the window grabbing donuts with there bare hands AND taking money. Most of them have giant long acrylic nails which are not allowed in food service without gloves period. This place used to great. What has happened?

We have survey footage! there was an array of critters roaming the premises when i visited but that’s not my main focus! my grandmother faced a devastating experience at this establishment. when she walked in to get her daily glazed donut and milk, she was tackled by a wide black woman without an apron in ballroom attire, she then proceeded to rip out my grammy’s teeth and shove bagels down her wind pipe! my poor mee maw only survived because she dialed her life alert and the authorities came and rescued her accordingly… please do not risk your health by visiting this place of business
