At 2:30 in the middle of the day, I waited a solid 30 minutes at the drive through. When I asked why the wait was so long the cashier went into this long litany about being short staffed. I asked to speak to the manager thinking clearly this was something beyond her control, she then declared she was the manager. I asked this “manager” if the store was giving out a complementary donut to it’s customers for the long wait. She said,”we don’t do that here.”

I keep giving this dunkin a chance and always regret it. when they actually have what we try to order, our order is usually wrong here. the last 2 times I came here, the service was terrible. one woman told me to “smile already, God” when I looked annoyed because something still showing on the menu apparently was no longer sold at any dunkin as of like a week prior which the person taking the order gave me attitude about when I asked. now today I ordered a frozen coffee but was handed an iced one and I said hey that’s fine I don’t want you guys to have to make another but the women at the window put on this awful fake smile and said I ordered it iced, and when I said no I honestly didn’t (I don’t like iced I think it waters it down) she said yes. you did order iced. and her entire attitude about it made me just drive away. seriously, it’s customer service, hire people who can talk to people.

I came through the drive thru at 10am this past Sunday. Usually, if there is a long line I go inside but there were only 4 cars ahead of mine. It took over 30 minutes, no exaggeration to get to the window just for $3 drink. I also noticed people try and enter the store and the doors where locked preventing customers from using the lobby. That really needs to be addressed. Yes, wait times are expected but I don’t think anyone expects to be literally stuck in line for half an hour and it’s not as if you can just pull right out.

If I could give a zero, I would my sister bought us coffee today on her way home but the is location was out of large cups so instead of doing what most location do which is either refunding or giving two medium cups to make up for price difference they proceeded to say they could only give on medium cup and apparently didn’t have the access to change the overall price or even do a refund ( which I have worked at a dunkin before I know is false) then they didn’t even Have the new carrot cake muffin yet so i settled for a muffin, and they didn’t have the bagels my sister and mother asked for so they offered everything bagels, but when my sister got home and opened the bagels they were sesame bagels, which neither were happy. So we live 45 mins away and wasted money on a smaller amount of coffee than what we purchased and none of the food we ordered was correct. I doubt we will use this location again. Please hire people that will pay attention to the customers orders and that actually have a clear understanding of their job.

This place has really gone downhill in the last few years… For starters, please don’t think you can come through here in a hurry or if you have any place to be, you might want to plan stopping by 25+ minutes in advance… Pulled up to the drive thru at 7:06am, didn’t leave with my order until 7:32am. The lady who is working the drive thru is rude and unprofessional. They never have what you ordered and won’t tell you until you pull up to pay for your order. And if they don’t have something or have some common decency to tell you they don’t have what you ordered, they’ll just put something else in the bag without telling you.
