Staff were overworked, not enough staff to take care of customers in timely fashion. I waited 15 minutes to place my order, and another 15 to get Avocado Toast. Requested “no Everything topping” and it was on there. Donut selections were minimal.

I usually go to the DD’s in Morehead but I was in Havelock so I popped in here for the first time. The drive-thru is in this odd place and is not easily visible, so honestly I thought they didn’t have one and went inside.

I always go here because it’s the closest one BUT the drive thru ladies were so rude this time. They ridiculed me for ordering with the app right before we got to the window. It wasn’t just her either, another lady came to the window and was acting like she was gonna beat us up for doing that. I understand that we ordered it a little late but there was no reason to scold customers for ordering drinks. Never going here again.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a med cold brew with extra french vanilla, hashbrowns and turkey sausage and cheese MUFFIN. I was rudely interrupted while ordering. Got to the window and the girl had the worst attitude. I get home, open the bag and I got a very burnt croissant. And my cold brew barely had any flavor. I wish there was a different coffee place in town bc this dunkin just isn’t it anymore.

When I called the lady said Dunkin’ donuts so I thought I called the wrong spot and then she was rude and was like. Oh yeah, this is Dunkin’ donuts Baskin-Robbins of Havelock. Then when I asked if they had ice cream cake she said yes. We have some of the walk-in freezer. I asked how much she said 17 to 30 depending on the cake. I get there. There’s no walk-in freezer so I asked the girl to counter if there was a walk-in freezer other than the display freezer and she had no clue what I was talking about. The cake I ended up getting was 38.99 and anything cheaper than that was basically too small so I was lied to about the price I was lied to about the walk-in freezer. I probably won’t be going there again. The cake however, was good which is the only reason it gets a decent rating.

Just left this place with my family on 2/11 and the girls that work there has horrible customer service skills. My husband’s drink was disgusting like always instead of her letting us know our drink was ready she let it sit there not only that I was given nasty stares the whole time. The first time we went here it was the same thing, our food was burnt and drink was disgusting. There was only one guy(the new guy) that was nice even when he got my order wrong. Do better dunkin
