Good luck getting someone to take your order if you go inside. This has happened twice. I stood at the cash register to place my order for several minutes without anyone saying “Hi” or “Welcome in” or “We’ll be right with you”. My presence was not acknowledged and I wasn’t sure when I’d be helped.

Great location, wonderful selection of breakfast items and coffee. Customer service was excellent! Sadly were out of avocado on our visit but offered many other options. Not a normal situation though, we were real early and they were waiting on their truck to resupply.

This was our first visit thru drive thru and let me tell you this was the worst service from a Dunkin’s I have ever been too. The people were rude and my husband had to blow the horn to get straws and the lady threw them out the window. We will never come back here

I just left from this store…..I stood there and waited to be waited on and nobody working bothered acknowledging that I was there . When I walked to the back counter I told the girl I’d been waiting and she said she was busy making a drink and the other guy was busy working the drive thru even thou there was at least 2 mins when he could’ve took my order and went back to the drive thru….rude bad attitude from these kids

The short staff is overwhelmed and not very familiar with their equipment. The drive-thru took 25 min and the first order was excessively toasted to the point of carbonization. My second bagel was not much better. A sign of the times, I guess.

Deserves negative stars. They literally pick their own hours and according to other reviews, others have had the same issue. How are you even still in business? Why even operate? Place is a joke. Needs to be shut down. Period Pooh.

I would give zero stars if I could. Waiting forever in the drive thru finally got my latte (which was a large) and it was half way filled up. Went inside so I didn’t hold up the line to be met immediately by attitude by the manager. I asked why it was only half filled when it was a large and she just continued to give me attitude and tell me why their store follows procedures and others don’t. It was all just very extra for 8:30am and I literally just wanted my morning latte. No refund, no apology, only a completely uncalled for attitude. Won’t be back to this location ever.

I ordered food and a coffee off my online app this morning & was charged for my order. When I went to pick up my order the store was closed even though I was able to order & get charged. The store showed to be open online and the app. I waited for 15 minutes before I finally pulled up to the window to realize the lights were off and no one was there. Dunkin said they would reimburse me for my order but, I would like to see a little more initiative to make this right & to prevent it from happening again! I was not able to eat breakfast before work and had to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back. This is just uncalled for!

Mediocre at best. Completely understaffed! Drive-thru takes priority so don’t plan on being waited on quickly if you go inside. Quality of our purchases was poor. Frozen coffee wasn’t frozen? Cold latte was warm… just very disappointed ☹️
