I just wanted to come here and say that all of the workers I’ve dealt with here have been great. I mostly stop by during the morning coffee rush before work. I see how hard the staff works to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Most customers for whatever reason don’t want to give workers grace when you can obviously see they are understaffed and yet are still dealing with the massive flood of customers. Just wanted to make sure they know that someone appreciates them.

I Dunkin’ Donuts coffee and when I would stop at this particular store the staff was always nice and speedy. It looks like they lost some staff but they are still trying to keep up the good work. I go out of my way to come to this one because they are nice and I have NEVER had a problem with my orders. That can’t be said for another DD I have gone to(ahem!) Thanks folks for good coffee and customer service!

I went through the driveway this afternoon and Eli was so kind. He not only was so nice while we were at the window, I could also see him through the window making our coffees and you could tell they were made with love – he even hand stirred them! Please train the employees to add in the correct ingredients. Two times in a row they’ve added vanilla bean into my coffee instead of CARAMEL and I am allergic! This isn’t funny anymore and I’m sick of having to play Simon says. Next time this happens I am calling corporate because you guys are messing with peoples allergies just because you’re not putting in the right things

The crew here was so good from the general manager down to the crew. The crew was super nice and the general manager made my day with amazing Avacado toast I asked her to put some of the egg from the breakfast taco on there and she said they normally don’t do that but there will be an extra charge I said that’s fine it was so amazingly good. Thank you so much Chelsea and crew.

I’m here at 3:12 pm on July 24th and the line had three cars. 3. And we are in line for 40 minutes waiting for coffee. I go in to see what is taking so long to see the employees talking, as if they are not even on the clock. I always come to this Dunkin and have NEVER experienced such a thing especially when the owner is around. They take advantage when they aren’t around. Pull up to the window and see them on their phone at the register. No wonder it took so long.

This location had a sign stating that their lobby was closed, so I decided to go thru the drive-thru. I was picking up a Door Dash order so it was my job to get my customers order. When I pulled up to the drive thru I was sitting there for approximately 10 mins, and nobody came to the window to see what I wanted instead I heard them, laughing, cussing and cackling around!! While they were in there having a good time, my customer was not able to get their donuts! I was forced to drop the call due to their non professionalism, horrible customer service. On another note there was a worker at the window lookin at donuts but she didn’t open the window to see what I wanted! I will not be picking up any more orders here! Time is money and bad customer service probably means bad food!

I came here yesterday and had accidentally ordered my coffee wrong and the manager lady I think her name was chelsee when I asked her please can you make me a new coffee I ordered it wrong she was so kind and prompt to help me even though their lobby was full and drive through was full.
