Craving that delicious donut bright and early…then you ask for it, and They Dont Give It to you . The only donut I specifically asked for was the White Creme filled donut with chocolate on it (called managers special usually). Well didn’t get any when I returned home to show the family. Disappointing. The other donuts were just fine, plain, run of the mill, boring donuts.

This place is the most unorganized and unprofessional Dunkin I have ever been to. I placed a $40 order for my family. I ordered two Carmel iced coffee and was giving a regular plan coffee and when I politely explained it was wrong the older women grabbed two small cups of Carmel followed with an aggressive “here you go”. On top of this there is clearly no effort in the food preparation, this picture is off burnt cheese in a wake up wrap as well. The store and attitude of the employees is disgusting, needs new management for sure

Disregard the review from Victor, it was made by a group of obnoxious boys who ordered ice cream the same time as us. None of what they said was true and the staff handled the situation perfectly. This Baskin Robbins gave me ice cream which had good taste but bad filling. When I bit into my ice cream cone I find that it was not filled at all and this made me super mad because not only did I have NO ice cream in my cone but they cone tasted like cardboard. I went to go get a refund and they said “go away we know it’s hallow.” This business is terrible and I can’t believe the service we received. THEN when I went to get a napkin they locked the doors and told us to leave and I was just furious! Eventually I tried knocking on the door for a napkin and they go back and double check that it was locked and walk away. I would not recommend going to this Baskin Robins to any person who loves ice cream and just wants a napkin.

Hello, I just returned home from ordering breakfast at the Dunkin’ Donuts location off of 16131 Lancaster Highway in Charlotte. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. All 3 sandwiches had half of an egg. 2 of the sandwiches had half a piece of turkey sausage. They apparently cut the turkey sausage in half to make 2 sandwiches! We were extremely shocked and disappointed when we got home to eat breakfast. Is this new? We have never had half ingredients from a breakfast sandwich at any Dunkin’ Donuts locations. This location is apparently cutting corners and saving themselves money by giving half meat and eggs for sandwiches. Terrible…We tried to call the location but the phone keeps ringing and going to a fax machine. Sent an email as well. WOW! Will not go back to this location. And the food was not good.

I come to this location almost every day. During the day Noah, Lisa and Vera are so friendly and quick with the orders! If I go in the evenings I get a immediate help. Adam, MJ, Aaron and Bryson make me smile with their kindness. At this spot they are all kind and make my coffee exactly the way I like it; which is complicated. Lol I will go out of my way to this store now!

I’m so sad about having to post a review regarding the service at this Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins. I ordered three to-go breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Below is what they looked liked when I reached my destination. Question to DD/BR: “When did you start giving 1/2 an egg and sausage, to your customers when they pay for a whole sandwich.” Corporate Headquarters will hear about this Dunkin Donut / Baskin Robbins stealing food from its customers for their own profit.

The dining room was filthy. Trash on the floor. Overflowing trash cans. Restroom had no paper. No soap and trash on the floor. Four employees standing around talking and no manager on duty. When I asked to speak to a manger I was told she was not there. One of the teenage workers told me it’s not their job to clean until closing. What is wrong with the world? What happened to talking in pride in what you do, even if it’s working at a doughnut shop. Was a terrible experience and a sad reflection of the work pool these days.
