As soon as you step in, you notice how clean the dining area is kept. There’s was no trash on any table with plenty of room to sit and eat. There is a kiosk you can order from and pay, so everything is kept moving smoothly. It’s a nice touch to serving dine in customers without interrupting employees who are serving drive-through window customers. They were fully stocked with warm, fresh doughnuts for the morning rush of customers. I tried the avocado toast. It was whipped avocado spread served on a warm slice of bread. When you bite in, you taste the warm toast followed by the cold avocado spread. It’s a mix combination but goes well together. Will definitely order this again.

I usually LOVE and prefer this Dunkin’ over any, but after my experience this morning I will not be returning. I myself am a customer service manager in retail, and if my employees ever treated a customer like that, I would fire them on the spot. Ive never experienced such terrible customer service through a Dunkin’ drive thru. The lady with the pink hair definitely needs some customer service training and an attitude adjustment.

Drive thru order for cappuccino with milk only and no coffee. Other cappuccino order, asked for 1 Splenda. Added 3. This is not the first time they messed up order. Please train staff to be more responsible. I see other reviewers with claiming similar issues.

I absolutely love Dunkin! This location and manager are becoming worse and worse… every time I go I am asked to use the machine to put in my order but what I order you cant even get from the machine… when telling them I can’t order my coffee they refuse to take my order after waiting in the long line I am forced to go through the drive through and wait in line again. When I get through the drive through it’s ATTITUDE. This store needs new management badly. A good manager builds a good team. Been living in waxhaw and was excited for Dunkin being here but it has 110% gone down hill. I get help is hard to find but with management like this nobody wants to work there. Simple as that

The staff inside were very abrasive and obviously overwhelmed. But they were very aggressive regarding me ordering fast enough and not knowing my ticket number for my breakfast sandwich once it was ready. I’m understanding in terms of being short staffed but being aggressive towards customers who are not aggressive initially is highly unprofessional.

This particular Dunkin’ has been problematic for the last couple of years, whether it’s customer service, getting the order right or the long wait times. When I do go inside, I typically see the staff standing around and talking with one another, not paying attention to the long lines at drive thru. There have been times where the donuts I get are cold and stale like they’ve been sitting there for about 7 hours and the coffee, well it’s not really coffee but more like water with a coffee taste.

Editing this review: Since my last review store managers have done an amazing job turning things around. Through the pandemic and having to shut down lobbies and deal with the madness, they kept things moving. The attention to order detail has gone way up (though mistakes every now and then are part of life) and the people taking orders are personable!
