Avoid this place . The owner needs to clean house there because there isn’t one good employee. Wait about 15 min on the drive thru so decided to go inside and no one never came to the cashier. The staff was chatting up and laughing. I got someone’s attention to take my order and she said she couldn’t and went back to her phone. What a mess

A drive-thru always says express to me, but this drive-thru is the absolute opposite. If you order online, get it to pickup inside. I had 7 cars in front of me and waited over 30 mins. Not worth that wait to me for coffee and donuts. And with a food safety score of 92.5… eek!!

I’m not sure why, but lately there’s been a middle-aged lady, and a dark-skinned girl who have just been so rude to people. They give you attitude they’re snotty to you they want you to rush your order, really don’t understand what is going on there. There are some really miserable managers/people working at this location now. You decided to work in fast food / a high volume industry. If you’re not happy at your job then get a job that doesn’t require talking to a lot of people.

Avoid this place. You’ll find ungrateful employees with an attitude working here. Customer service is horrible. Use to take my kids to grab a donuts on a regular basis and always facing some sort of issues with employees attitude. If you don’t like your job or are having a bad day call out or find something else. Customers shouldn’t have to face or deal with your reckless attitude when spending money.

i want to preface this by saying as someone who also works in the food service industry, i understand the stress and the conditions that come with working in places like this. but that’s never an excuse to be outrageously rude to customers. i’ve gone here almost daily for weeks since moving to the area and every single time the employees are so rude. not only to customers but to each other! i’m always witnessing arguments in the kitchen and employees being snappy to me and other customers for no reason. also some of the slowest service i’ve ever had. i completely understand things taking a long time when orders are backed up or things are sold out, but it’s just so inefficient here. i want to keep giving this location a second chance but it’s just so poorly managed and everyone is just so rude. it makes me sad

Check your receipt! I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches in the drive thru(4/24@10:30am), total was $16. After I placed my order, the speaker was still on and I heard the employee say, ‘I could sure go for a Gatorade.’ I pull to the window and the young man hands me a bag with my 3 sandwiches and then confusingly asks if I also ordered Gatorade, new total was $22.50. The female taking the orders attached two large Gatorades to my ticket for herself hoping I would pay and drive away.

Nice little spot. Grabbed coffee here recently and was a good experience. The staff was extremely friendly and polite, and service was very prompt and efficient with a minimal wait. They sell the typical Dunkin fare and this is a drive-through location.
