Finally was able to try the new breakfast tacos! They were a good solid 7 out of 10. Could of used more of the corn salsa on the taco and a little more of the crema. Overall they were delicious. Iced coffee was alright, not their best batch. Donut was a little too dry.

On the morning of 8/19/2023, we got a dozen donuts and 3 large pumpkin spice lattes and one ice coffee. 2 of the the 3 lattes were half filled. It was busy but I’m so disappointed in our service. We would have been willing to wait for more coffee to be made. Unfortunately we didn’t notice the problem until we got to our next destination.

Bittersweet review. Not many DD’s in Huntersville, so very excited when we can go! It’s like an outing for us. Ordered a sausage and cheese, got sausage and egg after clarifying 2x with server. Coffee is delicious as usual. Tip for servers is to confirm what the customer wants is what you are giving them. Today got 50%of what I wanted. DD you are better than this

This Dunkin is a hit or miss experience. But when it is a miss, it is a HUGE miss. If you want to wait 40 mins (or more!) at the drive-thru for the ultimate Dunkin experience, this place will satisfy that need. On top of the wait, the coffee will be barely what was ordered and no one speaks to you at the drive-thru and just throws your food at you.
