This Dunkin Donuts needs to get its act together. Took us 30 minutes to get two muffins, and three (3) iced coffees. Also they were out of donuts before 10:00 am on a Sunday. This store also needs to work on cleaning, it was very dirty The floor had dirt and crumbs all over it. I will give kudos to the one gentleman who was working hard to get orders out , and working harder than his fellow employees.

I went in to get a coffee and usually I have no problems the staff is always super sweet but I have noticed when I go a little later in the day I’m met with this shorter girl with brown hair I think I’ve heard her name is Emily. She is so unbelievably rude. Not only that but I’ve watched her boss around her coworkers, fool around while I’m just waiting on my coffee or food. I could understand if it was a one time deal everybody has bad days but as someone who worked customer service and in management I wouldn’t keep her there because it’s not just me who’s had this problem. Some of my girl friends have said the same exact thing. Other than that the rest of the staff is fantastic.

Ordered in advance on the app for two boxes of coffee, a single coffee, and a sandwich. The app said the order was ready. After waiting in the drive thru (9-month old in the car) for 25 minutes, I’m told they can’t do the boxes of coffee. I asked why the app said it was ready and she said, “I don’t know anything about that app.” She complained about the customers (including me) to her coworkers while I was sitting there waiting for my refund and the other part of my order. Completely unprofessional and the app is clearly useless. Don’t waste your time here. Go to a regular fast food restaurant or convenience store for your coffee and breakfast.

Well this was my first time there. Not hoppy. I ordered 2 tacos. The picture looks like you get 2 tacos but you only get one. Well it wasn’t full with eggs or cheese like the picture. It looked like I just got a small spoonful. I also ordered 2 donuts and they tasted like store bought donuts. I also ordered an unsweetened iced tea. The unsweetened iced tea was good. Let’s just say I wasted 10.00. Not going back again.

I decided to get the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich, the hash browns, and the 8 bacon snacks. The Bacon was cold and black peppered when it is labeled as regular bacon. The Sandwich was dry and not fluffy like a croissant should be and was slightly warm to the touch thanks to the egg, the cheese wasn’t even partly melted the bacon on it was cold the only thing warm was the egg. The only thing I can’t complain about was the fact that the hash browns were hot to the touch they also tasted decent as well. I personally won’t be going back for breakfast foods.

Worst dunks I’ve ever been to. Drive thru is a nightmare. Has taken 20 mins to get my coffee when only 2 people in front of me..coffee is never made correctly. Don’t bother going inside to place order at the counter because you will wait there for 10 mins or longer without being acknowledged that you are there. Walked out because not one person cared to take order at counter…will not be going back there

30 minutes in the drive thru line waiting to pick up a mobile order. Finally get through the slow line and the bread on the avocado and sun dried tomato toast isn’t even toasted, and the bacon and tomatoes are piled in one spot. No excuse for this, just laziness and poor training. Won’t ever stop here again.
