I had a good experience. For once, a Dunkin that had a good variety of donuts. Coffee tasted perfect. Place was clean inside & out and girl was very courteous and friendly. That’s hard to find nowadays. Oh, and the view towards Charlotte is great up on the hill there. Nice outdoor seating too.

Seems like the owner or hiring manager has no real skill to assess the type of person being hired. When asked, employees never have anything in regards to doughnuts or any other food product on the menu. A very irate and dull rejection is presented just for asking, and am immediately presented with the total so you can be rushed to finish your transaction despite desiring more. Failed business model and approach when it comes to this store. Corporate really needs to inspect and clean house. Horrid experience in all.

one of the worst locations around. The lady taking the order talks so fast and is rude. I pull up to the window and she goes “You can pull up once the car ahead of you leaves.” okay, so they dont have their time running up. i sit there to wait for the car and then she goes, “you can pull up now.” and stands there waiting for me to pull up. Not only was she rude, but this place uses less ingredients, all the other places load up my avacado toast and they put exaxtly 4 pieces. Completely not worth the up charge. Never going here again.

We love our Dunkin as long as we dont get other customers ordering one of everything on the menu in front of us lol. Staff is great and coffee is too!!

Used to be the best one around. I’ve been cussed out and made to feel stupid cause I didn’t know the name of a specific doughnut this morning and when I went to get lunch because I was still craving the bacon avocado sandwich not only did I wait 20 min to get a sandwich that wasn’t even toasted but it didn’t have any bacon!!!!!

We went there and ordered 3 large coffees, a donut and a pup cup. We were told that they “don’t do pup cups” I asked when they stopped because we had always gotten them there. I got a very unprofessional “I don’t know”. It was obvious that she did not care about customer service at all. We canceled our order since my dog was already excited in the back seat because he loves the pup cup. I don’t understand why they stopped giving them, considering this was something they offered to draw customers with dogs. We left and bought our coffee somewhere else where my dog was gladly given a pup cup. Come on, Dunkin Donuts!! It is a squirt of whip cream. I guess it wasn’t worth the $15 I was spending. I’m never returning to this location!! I’m sure they don’t care, and I don’t either. They are definitely not the only coffee shop.

Door Dashed breakfast this morning and wow what a disappointment… Keep in mind that Dunkin doesn’t cut you any slack $$wise… So when you pay over $20.00 bucks (Dunkin and door dash fees) it would be nice to actually be able to eat the food.
