Just the worst Dunkin Donuts location I have ever been in…I ordered two egg and cheese bagels with a little bit of butter. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru. The guy in the window who looked like a homeless person gave me someone else’s order. Not mine I did not order coffee. Gave the order back he laughed took it back and gave me my order. “My mistake” I didn’t look in the bag. I got home and received two bagels saturated in butter with NO eggs and cheese on them. This is not my first time in this location since it is the one in my neighborhood….but it will be the last time, I visit this location. FYI..this is not my first bad experience here.

Over forty minutes to place and then receive my order, part of the issue was the sheer confusion over my request for a black coffee… even after they finally got the order right and I paid, they brought out the wrong drink and forgot half of my food order. Just an overall poor location that needs better management

First, don’t blink or you will miss the sign for (Dunkin’) — on the side of the gas station at the main intersection near Taco Bell — it is not easy to see. The Dunkin is inside the convenience part of the gas station — take a left when you enter. The space is small — a line of 5 people makes it look jam-packed. The donuts were fine, but did not seem fresh. The team was kind, but not very efficient in completing orders. Nothing looked very clean — there were no napkins available for patrons either. We had promised donuts as part of our outing to the area — which we had taken the time to look for something else.

One of the worst Dunkins around. Since moving to Belmont I’d just rather go elsewhere for a coffee, or shall I say milkshake. 1 cream and I saw her fill half the cup up with milk. Staff there does not know how to make coffee and any time I place an order ahead of time it is never ready. This go around was almost ready but I placed it 10 min before arrival bc I just knew.. Go to Starbucks across the street or support a local coffee shop.

I asked for a croissant sandwich they didn’t have it, asked for another sandwich they didn’t have it. So I chose to get hash browns and 2 bagel minis and the bagel minis aren’t even in the bag! I don’t have time to go back there to ask for a refund! I’ve been calling for like the past 20 minutes no answer!

Nice people good making the order forgot the cheese then caught remembered tomatoes out of stock. Cold brew munchkins good. I attempted to apply 700 point to order didn’t work again DD needs to improve the apply points and deals system. Sometimes works other times a hassle. Now those 700 pts. Disappeared I think they show up later at bottom not sure. Is a nuisance.

The coffee is good but unfortunately this location is SO slow. I’m very considerate, and understand that many places are shorthanded these days, and I feel for the workers. However, there’s no excuse for me to wait in line over 30 minutes in order to receive my order which consisted of one item, a medium coffee. Dunkin needs to do better and equip their team members to serve the customers better.
