The store is new and the employees are friends and doing the best they can with items available. IMO I would rate the employees 10/10 but put a fail on management. If no straws are available that is not an employee responsibility. Also, there are always flies in this store location. Why not put in a fly trap? Again, not a employee responsibility. It also appears having shift meetings would be needed to effectively train employees and inform them of any issues of the day. My orders have always been accurate and tasted excellent as the should.

Went to get coffee and donuts. Coffee tasted like plastic and they were out of salted caramel foam so we opted for regular sweet cold foam. Added glazed munchkin but they had no glaze on them and were just cooked dough. We were the only ones in the drive thru and waited a long time to be serviced at the window.

Mobile order, I got there 30 minutes later, so as a result the drink was pretty watered down-that was on me. But then I realize half the food order is missing. I returned to the store, where it was now complete, an hour and a half later. When I explained the issue, I received a simple “oh sorry about that, it got busy” .

We waited 20 mins in the drive thru line. 4 cars in front if us. Why don’t they have cars pull forward when there order will take extra time? This has happened here to me in the past. Keep the line moving folks! I won’t be back.

Do NOT go to this Dunkins for coffee. Worst coffee we have ever had. Way too hot to even sip. I went from moyock to house, a 30 min drive…added the missing cream from my fridge and then it was cool enough to drink. Made 2 coffees out of 1. How hard is it to make a mocha cappucino or caramel macchiato? Seriously. The macchiato was never mixed so the cream settled coffee on top. Had to shake and stir ourselves. Ridiculous.

Gave their midnight roast 3 chances. All were so bitter they were not drinkable! It’s not like that at other Dunkin’s. This needs to be fixed. I suppose they can’t help that all DD food is awful though.

Stopped on our way back home from vacation. Clean and nice employees. Very busy employees were moving very quickly trying to get things out. unfortunately they gave us the wrong kind of begal but things happen they were very busy and we are all human so no biggie! All and all a nice clean dd.

Poor customer service. I’ve waited at their drive thru window for over 10 minutes. My drink was sitting right at the window as the employees just walked past the window at least 4 times. the lack of unprofessional Ian is insane.

Only critique is the lemon filled donut should have lemon zest in the powdered sugar. Staff and service were great.
