After waiting 10min in line, I got my croissant sandwich, took a bite and spit it out due to a chemical like taste. I opened the sandwich and this is what the egg looked like gray and nasty. This was my first time at this location and my last. Disgusting.

Worst coffee this side of California. Ordered a medium iced coffee with coconut syrup. Cream the side, Due to experience at this location they like to add extra extra cream. Got the coffee and it looked like weak tea water. I was in a hurry, didn’t taste it before driving off. I received extra ice and brown coffee water like they rinsed the pot out water. It didn’t even have a coffee flavor. I don’t think they added coconut couldn’t even taste that in the light brown liquid. I’ve given this location several tries to get it halfway right. I’m done. Starbucks or home brew from this point on.

There is never a manager on duty to help! The price is always correct in the screen and when you come around to the drive thru the price is magically more on the receipt with all of the coupon pricing removed. I ordered a 10 count munchkins after the girl said she had to check on it. She came and said she had them at the speaker. When I pulled around and had paid, she said, “I know you wanted 10 but we only have 8 so you’ll have to take that”. I asked for a refund. That’s absurd!! They are so clueless.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to, ever. Thankfully I’ll never have to see this Dunkin again, as we are just passing thru on our travels. First off, the girl working the register seemed completely clueless. Then as my husband and I, and one year old child, are waiting a good 10 min for our food, I was then told they didn’t have the sourdough bread for the avocado sandwich. They could have told me that 10 min ago. So I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on English muffin. Only a few min wait for that, but then it had no cheese. Which I’m not doing, it’s too dry without cheese. Waited another 20 min for them to give me a new one with cheese. The sandwich was still horrible. Meanwhile everyone in the drive thru is getting their food rather quickly. Everyone else waiting was waiting forever as well and someone asked who was in charge of the sandwiches.

This was absolutely horrendous my school is on a trip to Disney and we had 30 minutes to stop and get food. We went to Dunkin and all ordered and it took an hour and a half to get my order when there were tops 15 ppl in there. I finished my coffee in 30 minutes and I waited in that store for 50 minutes. AND when I got my food which was literally avocado toast it was all over the box. The lady at the front was nice tho

Would give it one star but they did get my order right once this week. However this evening the young girl brought these out and was instantly annoyed when I asked for a refund. And had the nerve to look at me like i was wrong for not accepting sugar milk with an inch of foam. I’m sorry you were out of cold brew. Perhaps train your staff on how to handle these situations properly instead of giving customers attitude for not accepting trash orders.

Easy to find, parking was easy. Guy behind the counter looked kind of shocked that we walked in instead of the drive thru lol. Asked how much for the whole bags of coffee, got a blank stare. Figured it out and we bought 3 bags. Just opened the dark roast bag up and looked at the expiration date, 8/15/22. They had expired coffee sitting on the shelf lol. We don’t really care, it’s coffee, but if it were something else they didn’t pay attention to it might hurt someone one day.

Unfortunately, I stopped in in the afternoon. With that being said, the service was sub-par, and they had little to no donuts. When I asked, I was told I needed to get there in the morning. A donut shop should have donuts out all day, not sitting on racks in the back. That’s sad, and this place is brand new with a 95 health rating?
