Went to get 2 donuts from this disgusting place; husband went to the restroom, disgusting; and I ordered. The cashier used the same one glove to take my money and pick up my donuts. The original bag had a hole in it and one of the donuts fell out on the counter. She expected me to pick it up and leave. I asked for another donuts and again using the same glove, pick up another one and dropped in my bag. Called and spoke with the assistant manager, Cynthia.

The drive thru ladies are always so nice and quick with orders! They make the drinks well. The only problem is that they run out of donuts by 2pm, they said it was poor management because the manager doesn’t order enough and customers complain all the time.

This location fell off. It used to be my fav Dunkin but my past few visits have been pretty awful. Coffee has been trash, taste like bean water. Today I waited at the intercom to order my drink for 7 mins & nothing. They were clearly backed up but at least say that. I just pulled off & left highly disappointed. That was the last attempt for me. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The servers were friendly & brought us our order quickly. The food was fresh. I’m not sure how long they’ve been in this location, but I would say the place needs updating & cleaning. The windows are really filthy & the inside needs a fresh coat of paint, floors cleaned & updated furniture.

The drive thru ladies are amazing. Great service from them and so nice always. This dunkin runs out of donuts by 2pm so if you want one you have to go before then. My coffee has been made well everytime which is better than most dunkins in the area.

It’s the customer service and team oriented vibes for me! CJ, TRINITY, CYNTHIA, and the rest of the staff are awesome! They greet me by name. They know my drink order from memory. They are fast and friendly! Every time I visit another location I feel guilty lol and my drink is never right. I drive miles outta my way to visit these guys. IT’S ALWAYS WORTH IT!
