I stopped by here for breakfast and the food was ok, they didn’t have croissants so I replaced it with a bagel which was fine. We ordered 6 donuts and as soon as we got them, almost all were soggy and the chocolate barely had any sprinkles. But the Boston crème was disgusting. Super soggy with air bubbles and a weird smoosh at the bottom. My dad asked to exchange it and the blonde lady tried charging us for it, and the slightly chubbier blonde lady steps in asking what was wrong with it. Both were speaking as if we were the crazy ones. Very rude and bad impression, they started arguing with the CUSTOMERS and refused to exchange what TWO donuts? We come here and spend our hard earned money on food yet this is how rude the staff is treating people. One of them even told us we can get out, she’s lucky we are from New York otherwise the police would have been called. DO NOT COME HERE. Super rude staff and the food isn’t fresh. We even had to clean the tables ourselves. Did not feel like a customer, get better staff Dunkin. I feel very disappointed coming here the New York Dunkin’ Donuts is way better, they are kind enough to understand and I have never ever had an issue with them. How dare you try to charge the customer even more with your food that is low quality. Arguing back is unacceptable. I have a little sister that got such a bad impression from this experience. I will be telling all my friends and family not to go to this stupid place.

Morning store opener was a lady with brown hair and facial Piercings, wouldn’t take orders in store bc apparently 6:45 am was too early, and said you could only do drive thru but I couldn’t go thru the drive thru bc my truck is too big. Me another group of people had to leave bc she just got in her car and left and locked the store door behind her…..At 6:45 am mind you. Just go to Starbucks instead if you can.

I don’t usually give a place a bad review over just one thing, but this place has given me multiple issues. A couple of weeks ago I got overcharged and had to have it fixed. I let that go. Everybody makes mistakes sometimes, right? But today I went in and ordered a medium hot coffee with cream no sugar (I’m diabetic). I said clearly and plainly “no sugar”. On the way home I take a sip and it’s loaded down with sugar. Young guy took my order. Also, there was a woman with her two children ahead of me in line and the light skinned girl who took her order was snippy and rude with the woman. This place needs better training overall for their employees. If you can’t listen properly and get an order right, and if you can’t be kind to your customers, then don’t work at a job where you have to deal with the public.

Awful service. Asked for a plain bagel sausage egg double cheese not toasted. It comes out soooo sloppy the bread is off the sandwich the cheese is overloaded all the cheese is sticking to the paper. I spoke my order clearly and slow too. Just bad customer service

Never open 6 am never and ever. Workers inside but they open until 8 am sometimes 9 am. It’s insame. I ever pass 6:30 and everything is close. Weird Workers, and nothing clean. SO PASS AWAY TO DUNKIN IN SMITHFIELD!!

I’m a local to the area. Every time I have ever ordered from this location which was an iced coffee, it has been made terribly! I’m seriously suprised this location is still in business because of so. I know it’s convenient being beside I95 but I know there have been some disappointed customers after driving off as I have each time I go hoping it’s actually made correctly.
