It’s such an open concept at this establishment. I love it! They were super, super busy. Yet they still maintained a kind and helpful attitude. Glad to have Baskin Robins closer than driving 30 minutes to 1 hour. Great addition to this area!

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience I have ever had ! The workers were very nonchalant and uninviting. Seem like the whole shift was ran by minors no adult in sight! Very unsanitary, the restrooms and the lobby was a wreck. Nothing was up to par, tables and counters were nasty and sticky. Everything was either low or empty and when made aware I was given so much attitude. No gloves were worn. My ordered was messed up multiple times, I ordered one thing and was handed the opposite. Was given even more attitude when made aware of the mistake that was made. Really didn’t expect this from Dunkin’ Donuts employees never had a problem until I came to this location! I will NOT BE BACK! DO BETTER!

I don’t feel safe eating anything here. They have kids running the place with entitled attitudes and no sense of professionalism. They really couldn’t care less about being sanitary or giving customers respect. I get it’s just dunkin but still. They were rude to my mother for nothing, then we found hair in the ice cream. By the looks of some of these comments its the general managers fault which is in return corporates fault.

Short summary, coffee is pretty good, donut selection limited and what donuts are available are either stale and old or undercooked and doughy. Donuts packaged loosely together in bag so I hope you like powder cinnamon, sprinkles and jelly on your under cooked doughy Boston cream doughnut. Keith Lee would give it a 0 out of 10.

Went a few weeks back, this place is one of the worst places i could imagine going. It is consistently filthy. The manager or owner (not sure) is one of the most immature, unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. An absolutely disgusting attitude. We went a few times to see if it would improve but it only got worse. If I could say one thing, the drinks were made well. But then again he didn’t touch those.

Felt very rushed while ordering ln drlve through, could barely get my order out lnbetween the “anythlng else” statement every flve seconds. Lady at window was nlce but wasn’t the one who took my order. ended up waltlng ln front for two mllkshakes. Come here durlng the mornlng only.
