What a cute little yet not so little Dunkin Donuts! They have flower pots on each table with ample charging points. Enough staff with little sofa cushions and outside patio seating. I wish all Dunkin Donuts were like this!

Typically I come here in the mornings on my way to work, however I’m not sure that’s gonna happen any longer. Each time I go it’s a different staff, the lady in the blue shirt today with the short hair was RUDE. She got my order wrong when I come everyday and every other person can manage my coffee order just fine as far as the specifics go. When I told her it was wrong she told the lady in the back “just scrape the top off and add more” instead of just remaking the coffee like any other employee would have. Honestly the coffee is mediocre and it’s starting to show in some of the staff as well. When someone is ordering food or drinks they should be correct and taste the way they are supposed to taste. Other Dunkin’s can manage it so why can’t they.

It’s a hit or miss with this place. I order the same coffee every time and it taste different every time. Employees don’t know what a glazed chocolate donut is. Every time I do a mobile app order and order a drink and a donut, I have to remind the employee that a donut was with my order. It’s annoying. Makes me want to go to Salisbury

Not very welcoming at all. I walked in and the staff did not greet me along with one of the workers constantly looking at her watch every time I approached her. There was an hour left before closing and I felt as if I walked in right at 8pm (closing time). Would not visit again.

I’ve tried this place 3 times, twice my order was wrong and remade incorrect again. The third time it was correct but the taste was awful. Dunkin’s coffee is great, I don’t know why this one is so bad.

This place is not what I expected for a new establishment, the manager was walking around talking bad about employees, the people working there was cussing up a storm. The girl that checked us out was giving personal information out about employees that work there. Drinks were not that great either. Wouldn’t recommend going to this dunkin.
