Did my mobile order 30 mins in advance as this location is always busy (inside/outside) – it’s Monday so $3 cold brew with cold foam right? My order was wrong …SMH only ice , coffee and 2 shot of caramel at the bottom. So much for $3… and because it was about 8 ppl waiting in line, I didn’t even ask for them to remake it. I tried calling and it rings and goes to a voicemail box that’s full. I made a FB post about it but I’m sure they won’t see it to do anything. Not sure if this review will help but I rather drive to the one in MEBANE, NC before I go back to this one in Burlington NC ( customer go at your own risk )

Visited for 2 blueberry sweet teas. We did a mobile order ahead of time and it still took about 10 minutes for our drinks. They were done wrong (unsweetened) and so we came back to have them made over. The girl proceeds to use our cups we drank out of and scoop more ice up to the rim. We told her that was too much ice and she dumps it back into the main cooler of ice and goes to do it again. We told her that we drank out of those cups and it’s unsanitary for her to be dumping the ice back and we would rather a refund. She said she didn’t know how to do that so she has to ask her manager. She goes to the back where we can hear other employees yelling and cussing and one employee Valencia or something of the sorts comes back with an attitude and says she will call the manager Tina. She calls Tina who refused to give me a refund-both had very nasty attitudes and told me I would have to call the store tomorrow or request a refund in the app. There is no way to request a refund in the app. I told her I’m not doing that it’s $5 and if I had gave her cash instead of using the mobile app she would gave me my cash back so what’s the issue. She still refused. I then told V to tell the manager I would call the police if she prefers and the department of health for sanitation reasons because that’s why I want my refund. Eventually, I got my refund but it was not a pleasant experience all together and the manager and Valencia proceeded to talk nastily about me as if I wasn’t there in front of her. Needless to say I won’t be back and that’s saying a lot considering I love Dunkin but not with this level of attitude and service. I wish I still had the contact information of the owner so I could let him know the quality of the employees he’s hiring.

The service was fine, even above & beyond, because we had to rearrange the donuts in the box several times. Then we added some. Then I ordered coffee too. I was getting on my own nerves by that point but the lady behind the counter bore it patiently.

I ordered my food and used the app. When she scanned it something went wrong. I had to sit there and prove myself for like 15 mins. Then she stated she gonna do it this only time. I had to prove my military. There was a young employee cursing and yelling at a boy employee in the bathroom. There’s a. Revolving door of employees and insulting when it’s like you would lie over an ice coffee…& my military. I’m not too happy wish the other manager was here. He was more professional. Time is something I can’t get back and it was a waste. Cuz the coffee wasn’t what I use to.

The service here is bad!! We were at the drive through, waited about 10 mins to get to order (crazy), when we got to order they told us the food was going to take a while, we asked how long and the girl literally said “i don’t know, might be a long time”. Number one, if you work there at least you would know how long it takes to prepare different food and based on that give the customer an approximate waiting time depending on how many other customers you have In front of us, pretty simple right?, number two they act like they are cooking some gourmet entree’s in there, it is sandwiches and wraps people! lol, her attitude shows they don’t want more customers for now until everything slows down, obviously their crew needs some customer service training and possibly how to be more efficient in rush hrs. If you see a long line outside you might as well don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

Honestly, one of my worst dunkin’ experiences. I’m not one to leave bad reviews and especially for a drive thru, because i know most things are out of the employees control. However, there was a complete lack of regard for time efficiency or customer service. This location at 11 am on a Monday morning with no more than 4 cars in service should not take 30 minutes from speaker to drive thru. And to just receive an incorrect order on top of it all. If you chose to stand around and not pick up a simple task or responsibility to help the flow of the drive thru better, just because it’s not the station you were assigned to, corporate should know who they’re wasting their dollars on and the tanking revenue they’re costing themselves with this kind of mediocre service. i’ll always be loyal to dunkin’ but this location needs some serious employee evaluation.

ordered two lattes and one came without any expresso, and one with no syrup! drink were completely undrinkable and i contacted them because we had to throw them out, was hoping for a refund or at least the drinks to be remade but instead was told they were training new people and mistakes happen, which i understand completely but that was $10-$15 wasted so i contacted again asking for a refund and never heard back. worse service i’ve ever experienced here and haven’t been back since.

This Dunkin Doughnuts location is very busy. I use the mobile ordering on the app and it’s very convenient. I would love for you to add the option to your app for butter to be added to the croissant or any special instructions for the order. I know it’s better to streamline but an option would be nice for butter. I await your response.
