I have tried many different Dunkin’s now and all of them have been a huge disappointment for chai tea. I do not recommend it for this drink or for matcha. The doughnuts I’ve gotten also haven’t been that great. I did have a good bagel once. Might be good if you like coffee.

Why do I keep trying to give this place a Fighting Chance? At this point shame on me! I stopped by this place at least once a week because it’s the only place in Asheboro to get coffee on my way to work. This morning they were out of any hot drinks!!! they were not able to produce hot coffee,tea,or water how is that possible? This Dunkin Donuts needs to close down, it is unprofessional, dirty, and they never have a well stocked variety of donuts. It’s a shame that upper management doesn’t do something about this location.

Food is overpriced, and quite frankly not very good. Service is “ok”. Dunkin is always a let down. There are so many other better options in town. Like donut king for donuts, coffee exchange or Nannie Mae’s for coffee and other delectables.

Finally went to try this place yesterday, my husband and I got 3 donuts; 1 double chocolate and 2 Boston creames. We got home and took a bite and omg it tasted like they had them in cleaning supplies. If i had read the reviews before going i never would have suggested going. I can see why they don’t have much or any business.

I’m in town for business. I’ve never been to Dunkin Donuts. My wife talked me into trying it (there’s no Starbucks here). I pass by the DD around 9:45 pm every night. Monday I got there at 9:55-they said they were closed. Tuesday I got there at 9:45 and ordered a Latte-their Expresso marchine was not available. Wednesday night- same thing. Why I tied today, I don’t know, but I went at 2:30. Again, they couldn’t make a hot latte. Needless to say, that’s my last try.

I love to put nice reviews but I dont have anything nice to say we went there so excited for donuts but we left with NO donuts because the donut chef was not there the people there was annoying us and then the woman said what would you like and I said 2 charlis got the drinks they was all right and why we didn’t order donuts because where they was displaying was only sour cream donuts and we asked is all the donuts there they said yes there chef wasn’t there WHAT? ‍♀️ and also the sweet tea tasted like water

I have had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life here. The associate is completely ignorant of anything associated with her job. I asked her for the drink measurements, I asked her about menu items (2/3 they were out of btw, and it was only 11am), I asked her how certain donuts tasted, ALL of which she just said “oh, I don’t know” without reaching out to the other associates to ask or anything. She was rude and very unhelpful and I wasn’t asking for much. I’ve worked at Starbucks and other retail so I have some background knowledge on what is expected of me when wearing a name tag. I ended up ordering an iced Cafe Au Lait which was, to top it off, piss poor. It was a very frustrating experience.
