The worst service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was in line to even get to the ordering section for 10 minutes. No asked for my order until I asked if anyone was there, then the employee made a snarky comment to me and I left the line as well as many other after. This place needs new management and better employees.

I ordered thru the drive thru and the service was great. The young lady was polite but the food was so nasty…. The donuts and the munckins was so nasty and very OLD TASTING. I tried to call the store and the #is disconnected stating I have reached an invalid #. This is so unacceptable to have paid $15.00 and can’t eat what I purchase. This is a sorry DD. There is no need for it to be there since the food is this nasty…. I would not recommend this store at all. This was a waste of my time and money.

Our last order couldn’t be completed because there was only one person working there. We placed a mobile order, hoping to be able to walk in the door, but the lobby was closed. Definitely would not recommend going there at all if at all possible!

This Duncan is a combination Baskin-Robbins, which sounds amazing, but does mean slower service and slightly lower expectations. That being said, they do have amazing donuts, down seasonal varieties, muffins, wraps, breakfast bagel and croissant sandwiches, delicious and affordable coffee and lattes. This location does have ♿ handicap accessible ️ 6, indoor seating, and restrooms.

This place is great for coffee and food during the morning on the weekdays. The weekends need work. Coffee is normally mediocre and the staff is more worried about their phones and chatting then actually making food. I waited 11 mins to get a sliced and toasted bagel with cream cheese. There was 4 people working and no one even paid attention to the screen that had my bagel on it. Once receiving my bagel there was no apology for the wait or even any acknowledgement that I had been waiting that long. Then I get in my car and there is barely any cream cheese on it.

I definitely can’t recommend this place. Side road coming in and parking lot is a pot hole minefield. The narrow drive thru has a massive pot hole right where your tire has to go. But once you realize it’s there, you’re committed and can’t get out without driving through it. They keep the lobby locked, so you can’t go inside to look at the donuts. Girl taking my order didn’t know what a “white milk” was. Luckily someone else inside overheard me asking for milk and corrected her. Donuts were terrible. My “strawberry” donut barely had any frosting on it. I think they mixed the frosting wrong so it was like liquid and all came off. My blueberry glazed donut was dry and hardly had any glaze on it. The cookie butter donut was super hot, but seemed undercooked in the middle. There was hot watery cinnamon liquid pouring out of the middle. That liquid seeped through the cardboard box container. It definitely was an unpleasant experience. Disappointing for $6+.
