If possible, I would give no stars. My mother and I had come just at 7 AM today, an hour well after they were supposed to be open. We tried both entrances and the doors were locked, yet all the lights were on. Another customer had just pulled up as well and was in the same predicament as us. We tried knocking on the glass to get the attention of an employee. A women walked by and purposely ignored us. Then my mother went around to the drive thru to ask them to open the doors. My mother overheard the 3 women inside say, “Go to the back and act like we’re not here” as they decide to continue to ignore us. This place is going to close with such terrible service and whoever manages this Dunkin’ Donuts should fire these 3 employees as you are losing money and customers.

So friendly so clean and so fast honestly I was blown away at how sweet they were today was national coffee day and it was my first time going to this location Simone was the one at the drive-through window and let me tell you she is definitely an asset I cannot brag enough!! She took her time and telling me all the flavors when I was ordering my coffee and look at these donuts I was surprised with!

Disgusting. The hashbrowns I received today are most definitely a day old and are cold. Not crispy at all. Why would they give someone this? The others are in the bag. I’ve never had any Dunkin’s hash brown that wasn’t crispy so I knew something was off and when I took a bite of one could tell it was cold and old. If i could have put no stars i would, i went in for an online order, and i went to the drive through to pick it up, because it was raining and i had injured my foot. All for them to tell me i HAD to come in, so i did. As i am walking out, a woman worker at the time came out and said did you have a problem? And completely disrespected me, calling me out of my name, and that’s when the manager herself and about the rest of the crew came out with her, yelling screaming wanting to fight. And i asked the manager, how is this ok? & she had no response for me, except she decided to chime on in with the co workers. Very very unprofessional place, and i go to Dunkin avidly, and i make sure to never ever go there again. It seems Dunkin is slacking with their hiring process.

The service here has terribly decreased-The Gm Kimberly Cherry has a nasty disposition POOR LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE,She became argumentative in front of her staff when I presented a complaint about one of her staff Melani..She argued stating I always complain and she has been their 3years When providing feedback suggesting the staff be trained the same way to GM Kimberly Cherry she insisted on being argumentative,poor example to the young people she oversee.THIS LOCATION SERVICE AND QUALITY HAVE MAJORLY DECREASED!
